> 3 dayBought this for my dad. I found that this would be the best because the sound was great according to the reviews. Also being waterproof is a huge plus in any electronic. The only issue I saw in other reviews was it would crackle at higher volumes. If you just need a speaker for listening to music while you fish, he said this was good!

> 3 daySo far so good. Sounds great for its size. Not the best bass, but pretty good for its size. I love its size for portability. Sounds good outdoors. 360 sound is pretty awesome. I leave the lights off. Bluetooth connectivity can be spotty if not in the line of sight. Over all very happy with the Flare Mini so far.

Greater than one weekI should start by saying that I also have a UE Wonderboom, which has a good sound; no complaints with it really. That being said, the Anker Soundcore Flare Mini produces a much more natural sound, but can keep up in the bass department as well. The Wonderboom is 17 watts, while the Soundcore Flare Mini is rated at 10 watts. I havent experienced any difference in power and volume though. This is a truly fantastic sounding speaker. I have paired it with my Nvidia Shield TV, and can report no audio sync issues. The speaker is also equipped with an entertaining light show. There are various modes, and it can be easily disabled if desired. The fabric covering gives the Soundcore Flare Mini a premium feel, with soft-touch buttons in top of the device for standard controls. The bottom is rubberized, so it doesnt shake itself off of a table while playing loudly. Honestly, I have no reason to buy a 2nd one of these, but likely will. I like it that much. You will too!

> 3 dayOverall, this is a great speaker. I use it almost every day while working out and/or while I’m in the shower. In the summer, I brought it to the pool without worry about it getting wet since it’s waterproof. I also bring it on trips to listen to music with friends since it is so compact. I have/had Sonos Roam and Bose SoundLink speakers and the sound on this is comparable, especially considering the price difference. The Bluetooth connectivity is very seamless with my iPhone 12.

> 3 dayI had an Anker Soundcore 2 for years and years, and its battery is still multiple days long. This Flare Mini is terrible in the sense that Im charging it twice a week, so lets say 4-8 hours of music playing (no flashing lights). When its positioned correctly, music sounds nice. However, if Im trying to listen to podcasts or audiobooks, it sounds garbled. I think the roundness is problematic for those particular tones, but Im not an audiophile and have no idea... Honestly, I like the bass and volume for music, but the battery life is a no-go. Will be buying something else soon.

> 3 dayAlways an Anker and Soundcore enthusiast and this is my second pair of this model, i purchased them for a gift and they were used for less than a week. One of them began to go crazy with the lights, now it sounds really janky and blurry. The other is ok but the point in giving them away in pairs is that they get used as decoration. Ill think more carefully next time before purchasing UPDATE: Anker reached me and after checking on the issue they send a replacement. One of the best customer service experiences ever!

> 3 dayThe sound is great for such a little speaker. I have no complaints with the sound, battery life or portability. I have one little problem with the colour of the buttons on the top of the speakers. All buttons are the same colour as the background , which makes them difficult to see when the speaker is off, unless there is light shining directly on them. Another note- the speaker can be turned of using the App on my smart phone. However when the speaker is off and so disconnected it cannot be turned on using the phone app.

Greater than one weekI love the small size and the flashing lights! The texture is threaded so it looks very professional! also I LOVE that I can pair two speakers together and use them simultaneously, this is my favorite part! 1 IMPORTANT THING: The speakers come Equalized to a special soundcore level. So it may make your music sound a bit strange. BUT if you get the app you can change the equalization back to normal so your music will sound regular again. Amazing speakers!

> 3 dayFantastic speaker with good sound range. Lights around the base can be set to glowing or to flash with the music, or just turned off. My only complaint is the lack of controls. Theres a button for power, volume up, volume down, Bluetooth, and lights, but theres only one button for 4 other functions: play/pause, next track, previous track, and listen. You have to press the button 1, 2, or 3 times, or press and hold it for a stupid long time, for each of those functions respectively. Can be paired with a second speaker as well for better stereo sound.
