Stretch-tite WrapN Snap 7500 Dispenser

Mine doe sent close without a lot of pressure, as my old one was muck easier. I’m afraid of putting too much pressure the closer will snap off. Like the previous one I returned it he top doe sent quite line up correctly. I hope it bets easier after being used frequently.

I was replacing an old one had, it came fast and is great. A+++++

I purchased this item to replace an old one that finally broke (although it was still useable). the first one I had, I owned for over 10 years. I liked it so much that I ordered 3 for gifts for other people. My first one was given to me as a gift. This looks like the exact same item that I just received. I use it to rewrap all kinds of food and to cover bowls of things (like potato salad for example). I am concerned that the product I am using in the dispenser is not biodegradable and I am hoping in the future it will be. For now however I am very happy with this item. It is brand new so I cant talk about how good it is long term but the last one I had lasted over 10 years as mentioned.

Ive been using this plastic wrap dispenser for about 3 months at the time of this review. It gets used daily and has held up beautifully to date. Ive always HATED using plastic cling wrap. If you make homemade bread two or three times a week like I do, you probably spend a great deal of time wrestling with plastic wrap and swearing all the while. This little gadget will fix that. It makes it so easy to keep the cling wrap from from folding over on itself until its completely unusable. Simply place the dispenser on the counter next to the container you need to cover, pull the wrap over the top and press down on the top of the dispenser to cut. Voila! Thats all there is to it! No more swearing! The same goes for wrapping loaves of bread; just pull some wrap out onto the counter, measure what you need to wrap the bread, press to cut, and the wrap stays flat on the counter! Easy peasy! And just when you think it couldnt get any better, it does! The product description says you have to buy some special, and Im sure expensive, cling wrap from the manufacturer. Not so. Ive refilled it several times with ordinary cling wrap from the grocery store and it works just fine. The longer rolls wont fit so you need to be mindful of that when youre shopping, but any brand will work with this handy device. I absolutely love this thing and highly recommend it!

Ive purchased several of the set, cutter box and syran wrap to go in it. Love the safety of no getting my fingers near the blade, the ease of cutting just the right size, and not getting all wound up in my work! Great gift for newly weds or new home owners. I have one in every house or cabin.

Its easy to use and takes care of the totally useless stupid box that Stretch-Tite plastic wrap comes in. If Saran Wrap could make a box you could actually use why cant Stretch-Tite? Saw this item in a video by Ina Garten and am so glad I have it.

I absolutely LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this product! I have spent endless hours unraveling plastic wrap, which just caused a lot of frustration until I saw this recommended by Americas Test Kitchen and also saw the Barefoot Contessa using it but was hesitant to get and worried it would be too big to fit in my drawer but it fits in my drawer perfectly without any problem and I wish I would have gotten this sooner. This is money extremely well spent. Just recently, prior to this purchase, I spent over 30 minutes trying to untangle the wrap and have my 19 year old son and his friend help as well with no success either. That is what made me get this product and so glad I did! I will be buying many more to give as Christmas presents to relatives!

One of the best things Ive purchased! You avoid waste (of plastic wrap) by putting your plate or container right to the dispenser wall, pull out the plastic wrap to the edge of the opposite side of your plate or container, flip down dispensers lid to cut the plastic wrap, and the plastic covers your plate without folds and fidgeting on your part to straighten the folds, then you just tuck in the plastic around the sides of your plate. Prior to owning this, I could not imagine whats the big deal! Why would I need a dispenser when the plastic wrap comes with its own zipper-like cutting edge. Well, the first time I used it, I knew right away the convenience! You really dont want to be fidgeting with plastic wrap; you want a straightforward, clean, easy process. You hardly handle the plastic wrap because it just folds down on your plate or container and all you have to do is tuck it in. Its so worth the price and the premium real estate it occupies on the kitchen counter! I also like the quality and weight of the Stretch-lite plastic wrap itself and how much of it is in there that you wont have to reload until maybe a year or two.

My first one lasted about 10 yrs. Easiest way to use plastic wrap. Don’t think this one is made as good but still easiest way to use plastic wrap!
