> 3 dayThough some people maybe have never ripped their finger to shreds on a serrated cutting blade included on the box of plastic wrap, or gone through the inconvenience of having the end roll back up into the box and then go through the pain of fixing that, it seemed to be something that happened to me all of the time and always when you were in a hurry. With this dispenser those days are long gone. I love this gadget! It works perfectly every single time and takes the frustration out of wrapping items to store for later or cover dishes. Its such a simple design and after installing the included legs I had no problems with the unit slipping at all. It also has mounting holes to mount the unit on a wall or other area if you like. This thing is well worth the money if you use plastic wrap. I did end up having to buy the Stretch-tite Wrap though, as the other brands I had on hand did not fit in the unit, but I found the Stretch-tite wrap to be of equal or higher quality than what I had on hand for a decent price here on Amazon.com

> 3 dayI just received mine, I tried a roll of glad plastic wrap that my wife bought at the local store and it worked with no issues. The roll was 300 ft and works great. I also tried some wax paper that wasn’t from the company that sells this product. Just make sure that the roll only 12 inches long and under 750 feet. It didn’t matter what brand I used it works, as long as I stayed with in the dimensions. This product isn’t like other products it doesn’t have guides that goes into the end of the role. I Just drops roll into the compartment and thread plastic wrap through and it works as it should.

> 3 dayOnce in a great while, life will surprise you with a great invention. This is one of those inventions. I was an upset person everytime I used the clear wrap out of the box from the store. You know exactly what I mean. It would work sometimes but most times it was a wrestling match to cut the darn thing straight or uncurl the corners because they would stick back under to the cling wrap. By the time one dish or bowl was covered, your mood and fingers were put thru the wringer. Look no more, the dispenser is a dream. You laugh or smile just to see it. Your time is saved by minutes to do something else. It is a joyous occasion to touch it and use it because it works so well. There are seldom things in your life that make you happy to use like this light weight dispenser. Be happy once again and let your life sing with joy by purchasing a great invention we should all own. You will not regret purchasing this item ever and that comes from my heart. Thank you Amazon for Prime Delivery and putting a smile on my face sooner rather then later.

> 3 dayI am very happy with this purchase! Ive been using Stretch-tite for years, but had no idea this dispenser existed, so the box would end up messed up when the roll was about 1/3 of the way used up. Annoying, to say the least. I would have to fix it with a tape, be very gentle when tearing the plastic, just no bueno! the dispenser changed it all - what a wonderfully well designed gadget! Now, one word of caution: when I first ordered the product, it came with a plastic already loaded and two pieces of plastic broken, shaking inside the dispenser. I asked to return it. No problems, got a new one two days later, no extra charge. When I opened the new package, it became clear that the one I got before contained a dispenser that had been used and returned by a customer, still with a roll inside. When you get the package, make sure the dispenser is encased in a fully sealed plastic wrap, and that a sheet with instructions in enclosed in the box. Both things were not the case for my first purchase.

> 3 dayIts easy to use and takes care of the totally useless stupid box that Stretch-Tite plastic wrap comes in. If Saran Wrap could make a box you could actually use why cant Stretch-Tite? Saw this item in a video by Ina Garten and am so glad I have it.

> 3 dayNow we use plastic wrap every day, because this dispenser makes the wrap so simple to handle. Unlatch the lid, grasp the wrap at the guides, pull the wrap you need, press the lid closed and youre ready to wrap (its so easy to use you can try different wrapping techniques). This dispenser has easy product loading/feeding/handling/one-touch-cutting that puts it head-and-shoulders above the competitors Ive used. It seems to have superior design and construction to any roll-dispenser Ive found; too bad rolls for other products wont fit. This product is specifically for rolls of Stretch-tite brand plastic food wrap. The wrap is available both on Amazon and as a Kirlkand product from Costco, and itself is a superior product. If youre considering the TVs Wraptastic (which utilizes a similar one-press-cut) for plastic wrap, then you really want the Stretch-tite WrapN Snap 7500 Dispenser. Wraptastic, while better than cardboard packaging, has some serious design issues Product loading/feeding/handling is laughable next to the 7500, so the only improvement for plastic wrap over the original box is the cutting mechanism; the non-slip feet are a particularly slippery plastic); I use it for foil and paper that do not fit in the 7500. So go ahead and order a Stretch-tite WrapN Snap 7500 Dispenser for yourself!

> 3 daySometimes things in life just annoy you! Trying to tear the vinyl wrap off the cheap box they put it in was was one of those things for me! The cutting strip on the regular box just doesnt work after a short while, and becomes annoying. The Stretch-tite unit works just as advertised cutting even the inexpensive first roll of vinyl wrap that I put in it. As pictured, you can stretch and secure one end of the wrap to the bowl you are covering, and then after cutting it to the desired length its easy to finish stretching and sealing the bowl entirely! You do want to keep the unint closed with the little lever provided as reaching into the unit to pick it up exposes your fingers to the extremely sharp cutting edge! This unit works, and is well worth the price to me. Therefore, I gave it a five star rating! I think youll enjoy yours, too!

> 3 dayI really expected this to take up way too much space and just be a waste of plastic, but I changed my mind. It really works very well. It is too big to fit in the drawer with my aluminum foil, etc., but the top of the refrigerator is actually a really handy spot. Frankly, we got lazy about properly wrapping our food before, because it was just such a chore to get the box out, deal with how poorly it cut, and so on. But now its so easy to pull this dispenser down that all our unused food is still fresh the next day, making less food waste. Just make sure youve got the plastic wrap going over the roller and between the two guides (which have nice little scallops cut out for grabbing the sheet).

Greater than one weekSadly I was not happy with this product. I got it because our wrapmaster plastic wrap dispenser had gotten dropped and no longer functioned right. And the Wrapmaster is only occasionally available and I had loved it so much I didnt want to be without. This had pretty good reviews so I thought I would try it. First it is unstable on the counter. Every time I would press the lid down to cut the wrap, the whole thing would tip, or even slam down on its side. Maybe if it is mounted on the wall this wouldnt be an issue, but it was darned annoying for me. Second, I got the stretch title brand plastic wrap and it was too clingy. It would stick to the top part, which is where the blade making it dangerous in my opinion. My husband did cut himself trying to get an edge of the wrap dislodged from the blade edge so that he could cut a section off. I finally decided to see if the wax paper dispenser I had from WrapMaster would work with plastic wrap and YEAH! it did. So this is going to Goodwill. I suppose if you had never experienced the joy of effortless plastic wrap usage that I found with my WrapMaster, this would seem a step up from the frustration of the boxes inadequate serrated edge.
