Stretch-tite WrapN Snap 7500 Dispenser

I am the plastic wrap whisperer in my house. No matter how screwed up the roll gets, Im always able to get it untangled and rolling in a full sheet. I am happy to give up that position to the Wrap n Snap! I havent had a single issue of tearing or sticking. The best part, I only need 1 hand to get a clean cut on the wrap. Love this thing!

Seriously, didnt think much at first (device is a bit pricey), but in many ways, dropping a roll of plastic wrap in it and then using it, my normal frustrations with plastic wrap are definitely lessened. I now am wasting less wrap overall (which is a good thing, since its not a smashed up tangled mess from the cardboard). I keep this at hand, always because I measurecout all ingredients first before doing recipe anyways. And this works well for outdoor picnic or patio meals too

It works like one would expect. You just drop in the roll of plastic wrap. It threads very easily. When you need the wrap, release the lid; pull the plastic wrap; shut the lid and push the lid down like a stapler; the wrap is cut very cleanly. You dont have to pull up and out. You just pull out horizontally. The dispenser has wide feet to make it stable. The wrap doesnt cling to the inner surfaces. Why cant everything be designed this well? Now, lets see how long it lasts. I have not tried this with aluminum foil yet. I dont use foil that much. It might be worth it for parchment paper.

Once in a great while, life will surprise you with a great invention. This is one of those inventions. I was an upset person everytime I used the clear wrap out of the box from the store. You know exactly what I mean. It would work sometimes but most times it was a wrestling match to cut the darn thing straight or uncurl the corners because they would stick back under to the cling wrap. By the time one dish or bowl was covered, your mood and fingers were put thru the wringer. Look no more, the dispenser is a dream. You laugh or smile just to see it. Your time is saved by minutes to do something else. It is a joyous occasion to touch it and use it because it works so well. There are seldom things in your life that make you happy to use like this light weight dispenser. Be happy once again and let your life sing with joy by purchasing a great invention we should all own. You will not regret purchasing this item ever and that comes from my heart. The extra thickness helps with covering your bowls. This product is superior to others. After using for a couple of months, this is the only one I will use.

Fits in the dispenser and does a great job of sealing leftover food! Think it will cut down on our grocery bill!

Sometimes things in life just annoy you! Trying to tear the vinyl wrap off the cheap box they put it in was was one of those things for me! The cutting strip on the regular box just doesnt work after a short while, and becomes annoying. The Stretch-tite unit works just as advertised cutting even the inexpensive first roll of vinyl wrap that I put in it. As pictured, you can stretch and secure one end of the wrap to the bowl you are covering, and then after cutting it to the desired length its easy to finish stretching and sealing the bowl entirely! You do want to keep the unint closed with the little lever provided as reaching into the unit to pick it up exposes your fingers to the extremely sharp cutting edge! This unit works, and is well worth the price to me. Therefore, I gave it a five star rating! I think youll enjoy yours, too!

Maybe its just me but I have to work too hard to make it work. I saw a famous TV chef use it & it looked so easy but not sturdy or easy to keep in place then one must pull out the sheet of film then give the top a little slam (I tried a soft close of the top but that didnt work for me) to cut the film. I keep using it because it was a little pricey and I keep thinking its just me.

The Problem: we buy stretch-tite wrap in the 750 square foot rolls which should last a long time in a two person household that works hard to avoid left overs but this results in the roll far outlasting the box it came in. Consequently much wrap gets wasted because of damaged carton that was a poor design in the first place. The Solution: the Wrap N Snap 7500 Dispenser stores and dispenses the roll. It keeps the roll from wrapping back on itself after cutting, provides three points to grab the wrap and make a clean cut with a press of the lid. Easy to keep clean, has a latching lid and store in about the same space as the cardboard box. Can be wall mounted (I didnt) and the feet are difficult to install--there will be excess rubber you will want to cut out before even trying--youll know what I mean when you get it. The dispenser appears well made and durable but then again that crappy cardboard contraption did not set the bar very high. If it doesnt outlast the roll inside I will update the review and dock some stars. The Experience: over-wrap, under-wrap--it doesnt matter. Click the lid open, pull from the thumb-tabs and roll out what you need. Simple press of the lid cuts the wrap with it clinging to the edge of the dispenser until you pull it off. Easy to cover a plate or bowl. Equally easy to underwrap for a wellington or marinating loin. Minimal effort. Minimal waste. Maximum utility. P.S. I did not receive this product free or at a reduced price. I dont even know how you go about doing that.

I needed to replace my plastic wrap dispenser. I was using the Wrapmaster brand dispenser with the Stretch-tite plastic wrap. No complaints on that one. Just that I only use Stretch-tite wrap anyways and I saw this one on Amazon when searching. I purchased. And so far.... have no complaints on this dispenser either. And now I have the option to use a roll size up to 750ft which is a plus!
