another day in paradise
> 3 dayThis was the first time I have ordered this picture wire and I am so glad I did. I recently had many paintings I needed to put hangers on for a show, and this wire was so easy to work with compared to uncoated wires. I highly recommend this picture wire.

> 3 dayThe stuff I was using before was just plain wire, without any coating over it, and the stuff always left a residue on my hands, like lead, and the mess was annoying at the least. This stuff, by comparison, is a whole other experience, and easily turned a negative into a positive. Whoever thought of this, thank you so much.

> 3 dayThis is an excellent product for hanging paintings and the do it yourself framer/artist. The plastic coating gives a quality appearence and will not scratch the frame or walls. The price is reasonable and the product comes with a diagram of how to tie the wire in a neat, professional manner. I highly recommend this product.

> 3 dayI leave one star because of the piss poor spool design, when the spool end came off when I was tying the wire off to it. The wire came off the spool and is a jumbled mess now, could not put the end cap on again, the wire came off like a slinky, contrary to what the reviews state below, I am leaving a photo so you can see what you end up with when trying to even cut a mass of the tangled mess off to try and keep the remaining roll together and make it easy to pull off again. Too late for me to return, this is basically the second time I have used it, and will never buy fro this company again. This wire is basically useless since it will be a hassle and a waste my time trying to get a piece of it out of this mess

> 3 dayI typically use uncoated wire to hang paintings, but this is much better and I can hang smaller framed paintings and large canvases without worrying about being stuck by a loose wire.

> 3 dayGreat product. It is easy on the hands, sturdy, and theres plenty of it. I used it to make a grid on an empty picture frame, and I clip cards and photos to it. Worked very well for this purpose. The frame is large and there was still plenty of wire left over when I finished.

> 3 dayThis is my go to picture wire. Its easy to twist on the ends and wont stab your fingers in the process. It holds over 40 pounds, but your end tying technique needs to be up to par with that kind of weight or I imagine it will unwind if you simply twist the ends. You just need a decent cable cutter or it will still fray the ends a bit.

> 3 dayMuch easier to work with than the braided galvanized wire I was using before. Ive hung several of my paintings since I got it and its worked perfectly.

Greater than one weekI love this wire. As an artist I frame my own work which includs attaching the wire. I first ran across this wire when I ordered a custom frame and this type wire came with it. FIRST, it is made in the USA!!!! (Support us for a change!) Second, it is very flexible as its many strands of thiner wire cabled together AND Third, its coated with a plastic so that it doesnt break easily and there are no slivers to cut your fingers on when using it. I am proud of my art work and present it in a way that reflects that pride. So I was very pleased to get my hands on some great wire. The one caution, you do not get the exact same weight the picture and discreption say. Its heavier, but not significantly so that it is still great for my use.
