Swanson SVE360 36-Inch Savage Straight Edge, Non-marring, Anodised and Laser-Etched Scale

Used it last night for cutting glass. The non-slip base held firmly to the glass and the cutter sailed along the edge smoothly. The raised edge made it easy to apply pressure to the rail while cutting. Also the markings are easy to see and made dividing the glass into equal segments very simple. I will probably get another in an 18-24 length.

It can be a bit awkward to use on smaller projects but overall, this is a great tool and super handy to have! I love that it is anti-slip, when I’m making a cut or line I don’t worry about it moving. Also, the lip is very useful for holding a level for hanging shelves!

Long, straight, very useful. Lightweight, but it doesnt slip. I like the finger protector.

For what I need, it seems very stout and robust.
