> 3 dayI use a safety razor every 2 days and I have been pleased with this shaving cream. Most creams this thick gum up and prevent the razor from getting close enough to the skin. This one doesnt. The consistency is adjustable from a thick layer for long hair to a thin layer (that still sticks!) for a reverse pass. The peppermint smell is strong but natural.

> 3 dayI’m not sure why this is considered for sensitive skin but the shaving cream lathers well and has a great smell. The blade slides over it easily and leaves an excellent shave. I use feather blades with an aggressive Muhle razor. This is a great shaving cream. I’m not sure what the negative reviews were expecting but this is a great product.

> 3 dayIm a huge TOB fan and have used them exclusively for years. I think they lather the best out of any brand Ive experienced. Ive tried almost every scent and really can only get along with a few of them (sandalwood, almond) and dislike most of them. This scent is on the dislike list. It doesnt smell like real peppermint but rather a laboratory recreation, which it probably is. Im moving away from TOB because its getting too expensive for me, but I still stand by that they are the best if you can afford it.

> 3 dayExcellent shaving cream. A little goes a long way. I compared this to the Art of Shaving brand and this is a much better value. Larger container/same consistency/excellent fragrance.

> 3 dayI just used for the first time. This Shaving Cream is excellent. I used it w/ a shaving brush, oil, and safety blade. This is a pretty major upgrade over prior cream i used. It lathers very well, just note the brush will easily pick up more than you need. Good consistency and easy to make an even coat. The scent is as advertised and smells pretty close to pepper mint. My favorite part is a very pleasant tingle after so your face just feels fresh and clean. I havent tried every shaving cream but im putting easy into top three.

Greater than one weekThis product is excellent. The peppermint fragrance is energizing and soothing at the same time.

> 3 dayTheres a cool breeze in town. This shaving cream is so cool and soothing and smells like Christmas. Some people worry about smelling like a candy cane but to them I say this is shaving cream, not cologne. Unless you drab it on like a psychopath you will shortly smell like normal human male. I have now tried almost all of Taylor of Old Bond Street shaving creams and the peppermint is my favorite by far. IT is super thick and a little bit can get a thick lather for three shaves easily. The scent is amazing and the cool soothing sensation almost makes shaving a delight (almost). For the record, I do like some othe rTaylor of Old Bond products too, including: St Jermyn Almond Mr. Taylor Rose Coconut But this is by far the best. Take the risk, go with peppermint.

Greater than one weekI wasnt sure whether I would like it or not, but I love it. I have been using the Sandalwood version for a while and love that scent. And while the peppermint is pleasant and refreshing, I love that it feels like tea tree oil on the skin. Leaves a very nice, refreshing tingle while shaving! I also like that after I rinse, the scent and sensation dissipate. No sense in smelling like a candy cane all day! :)

Greater than one weekThis is my first outing with this brand and Im very pleased. Great scent and a just a little tingly on the skin, I assume due to the peppermint oil. Although, just enough to be a pleasant sensation. I cant imagine it would even bother those with sensitive skin. Id definitely purchase this again.
