I had been rigging my tethering until I bought this and then thought, duh! why had I been rigging it? Sometimes the smallest, well made product makes your shooting much easier. Good money spent.

For the price, you just cant beat it.

I am constantly shooting tethered so need to be able to know that if I trip or go too far away from laptop that the cable will not rip out of the camera. This gives me peace of mind. Well worth the purchase.

I use a Canon T2i camera in a photo studio, tethered to an iMac and Adobe Lightroom (a nice combination of tools). The cable I had kept falling out, disrupting my work, and causing a total collapse of continuity and energy in the project. I had to restart the camera, and usually had to restart Lightroom. With this simple device, the cable stays put, and my photo sessions are more successful.
