didnt work because my MacBook Pros USB ports arent far away enough

The package didnt contain all of the pieces and the USB side was too large to actually fit into a USB port without the use of a hammer.

Im the clumsiest person in the world and also happen to work around a million cables all day. If my foot catches on one I dont have to worry about the camera USB port because this supports it so well.

This tether works as advertised. I have a tendency to put my camera on my tripod and haul it around on my shoulder. I have had the shutter release cable work loose several times before. Now with the tether I no longer have that issue. Great product!!
