great invention, works great, tether tools is a great organization to work with. I plan to use this company again.

Perfect to end those annoying unintended unplugs when youre shooting tethered. Holds firm, easily to install and easy to disconnect when ready.

I got this item last month and it works great. I use a USB cable into my Nikon D300 and this little guy protects my camera and cable. No more busted ports or bent cables! I love the quick disconnect feature which makes using it a snap. Inexpensive insurance. Highly recommend.

So here is the problem...Ive busted off 3 remote timers in the past. The cord gets hung up on something and they rip out of the camera. This is a fantastic tether to stop that from happening. I got 2 one for me and one for my wife. We use it for tethering the camera to the computer and of course for the new remotes that I had to buy. Well designed, it is lightweight and easy to use. Great product!

The computer portion of this product is supposed to fit into a USB to jerkstop it from leaving a computer and it doesnt even fit in a laptop. The camera portion works fine. But save your money and look for a more affordable package with just the camera stopper.

A necessary item for preventing port damage & cable disconnects. Doesnt always fit snug on the cable so I use a small zip tie or a thin strip of gaffers to secure it.

Funcional

Wire and stopper properly put. Strain on wire affected port on the camera where I have to have it repaired. Went to Samy’s SF and said they see this a lot from this product. Very disappointed and seemingly cost me a lot to repair or replace my camera.
