For any kind of headache. From migraine to tension headaches, this is amazing. I lost mine for 2 days & couldnt stand it & bought a new 1 that arrived the next day about 5 min after finding the lost 1. But hey, now I have 2 & think they are totally worth it. I even had eye surgery & felt like everyone in the operating room had taken turns kicking me in the head with steel toed boots & the only thing that helped was this. I can not express how great this works for me.

I absolutely love this thing! I got the black one, and it blocks out light really well. I have a smaller head and it’s still tight when I wear it. I don’t even put mine in the fridge/freezer because it has a moderate cooling effect naturally!! I don’t like it when my masks are unbearably cold so it’s perfect.

I have migraines and usually use heated rice bags but decided to try this. Right out of the freezer it is a bit too cold but quickly becomes tolerable and feels amazing! The coldness and the pressure it provides definitely helps.

Actually, I have purchased five of these in a little more than a month. My people love them! So many people suffering from migraines, these work amazingly well.
