This is definitely a helpful product. It’s comfortable to wear, and I keep mine in the freezer in the bag it came in. I like the added pressure and cold it adds. Definitely helps the headache but isn’t a cure. Best to use this hat and pair it with some form of medication for the head. But definitely brings relief while wearing and the cold numbs your head which is nice

Love these for my tension like headaches from occipital neuralgia. I do wish they stayed colder a little longer but I just rotate them out in the freezer. They cover all the areas I need and I usually supplement with another ice pack neck wrap for my neck and shoulders and it brings me back to life for a bit. I work from home so these get used a LOT. This 2 pack has a bit more of a chemical smell at first but Im sure will fade.

I love sleeping with my mask! It hugs my face and blocks light, not to mention the cooling feature when I first put it on.

Now I can nap during the day much easier. Very comfortable to wear.

This was great! The gel gets COLD, so much so I need to let it warm a bit before using it. I love that the design fits around my head and give cold and compression. Good investment for our home.

My daughter suffers from vestibular migraines and 10 minutes with this cap on and she gets relief. Bought one then bought a second. Brings one to work and it helps her get through her day. This works miracles.

I purchased one for myself to ease my migraines. Hallelujah its a beautiful thing. When I first opened the bag, I did notice what some of the reviews were saying about the smell. I did not feel that it was too overwhelming. I just left it on the counter to air out for the night. Smell was gone by the next morning. Id suggest trying the refrigerator first before the freezer. I ended up giving myself a brain freeze on top of a migraine the first time I used it. I cant say this relieves the migraine itself, however it does provide a comforting sensory distraction from the pain. I have fallen in love with this cap and so has my husband. I just purchased one for him and one for my mama for Mothers Day. Ill probably have to purchase one for our son next LOL. I have gotten so much comfort from this cap, I wear it every night before bed even if I dont have a headache or migraine. I will probably purchase a few more of these for Christmas gifts this year. Worth every penny! Remember to follow the instructions and keep it inside the clear plastic bag while in the refrigerator.

I tell people that it doesn’t make the headache go away immediately but it immediately provides significant relief. Works surprisingly well even at room temperature. Refrigerated is better but who keeps something like this in the refrigerator all the time. Besides, most valuable in your bedside dresser within reach if you wake up with a headache during the night! We now have two in our house.
