The compression feels fantastic. I fell asleep with it on and slept so well. I bought it to relieve serious ear pain, but it’s great for headaches or just shutting the world down.

I have tried a few different ice pack hats and this one is the most comfortable. Others are bulky and collect ice on the outside when I put it in the freezer. But this one is made of comfortable material and is very smooth.

I bought them because I get it a lot of migraines and it really helps . I also bought another one for my best friend.

This truly helps to ease my headaches and most importantly my migraines. I’ve even used it on my kids and it works like a charm.

Oh, where to start! My wife has awful, debilitating allergies. And this was a LIFE-SAVER for her. She says it helps with her sinus pain and severe headache, even for hours after it is off. That has really changed her ability to function well during the day. I was so incredibly pleased. She also does not like having things over her eyes, as other products have irritated her. I took a chance on this, and she don’t mind one bit. The gel-like, soft insides of the mask hug perfectly to the skin, and feel relieving and not claustrophobic. Now I can nap during the day much easier. Very comfortable to wear.

While not I believe specifically designed for this, when I get an anxiety or panic attack, I find it helps to have the coolness and the healing pressure on my head to help me get through it.
