> 3 dayMy wife suffers with chronic migraines. Her medication list is as long as my arm. She typically uses a heating pad. I’ve been telling her to try ice. So I bought this for her months ago and she was like eh ok….put it in the freezer and forgot about it. This weekend she had a REALLY bad one. I went and got this thing out of the freezer and put it on her and told her to put the heat on her neck. WORKED like a charm!!!! It’s partly the cold and partly the compression. She keeps asking for it now. I’m gonna have to order a back up so she can have one getting cold while she’s wearing the other one!!!!!!!

> 3 dayI really like this for my migraines. It gets cold quickly so its ready to go if I need it multiple times a day. Its comfortable to wear and I like that I can slide it down over my eyes to help when that light sensitivity hits me. This really should be part of your migraine tool kit if you dont already have it.

> 3 dayI suffer from migraines that have me bed ridden a few days a month. This has helped me tremendously. It is not right or hard it very soft and relaxing. Cut out all light and the coldness was amazing because it was everywhere at the same time unlike a hard ice pack or having to wet a cold wash cloth. Definitely recommend

> 3 dayThis is definitely a helpful product. It’s comfortable to wear, and I keep mine in the freezer in the bag it came in. I like the added pressure and cold it adds. Definitely helps the headache but isn’t a cure. Best to use this hat and pair it with some form of medication for the head. But definitely brings relief while wearing and the cold numbs your head which is nice

> 3 dayThis has been a godsend when I have migraines. It does get very cold, so it’s nice that my hair can cover my skin. Better than a cold pack or ice because it stays in place and doesn’t get wet. Neoprene is nice on skin.

> 3 dayI get migraines. I dont want to use too many pills so I thought I give this a try. It is really cold when you take out of the freezer. It freezes your forehead. I wait a few minutes and then use it it worked for me, its comfy, & it makes me relax headache gone.

> 3 dayI absolutely love this product. It stays nice and cool even without chilling it in the freezer. I use it for my daily headaches and even use it as a sleep mask at night - nice and cool for going to sleep. Though I’ve noticed it staying less cool, not sure if that’s an overtime thing or a matter of where I keep it while not using it. My only real complaint is there no real effective way to clean it. The vendor says it can’t be submerged in water and to just wipe it with a damp towel but that doesn’t really do anything. I tried posting a question about it and another user (marc) said they had the same question but the vendor provided no answer. ^My solution for now is to try spraying it with a facial rose water product. We’ll see it that works. I’d recommend spraying it with something that smells nice and that you know is safe for your skin since it’s contacting your face. That’s just my best guess and interim solution until I might think of something better though. That said, I still very much enjoy this product and would recommend it.

> 3 dayI really do like this. At first I felt like the freezer made it too cold. But that is only when I put it over my eyes. If I leave it up on my forehead it is perfect. But then it loses its cold temps quickly. I wish it stayed colder longer. But I also like how tight it is.
