> 3 dayFor those of you who say frozen, its too cold, lay a layer of T-shirt material over your head where the mask will touch, then pull the mask down over that layer until the mask warms up a little. I can get a good 1-1/2 to 2 hours of relief from each mask, and with having 5 of them (which took me a year to buy), Im good for 8-10 hours, and by then, the 1st ones are re-frozen!! Im almost 67 years old and have had migraines since I was a baby, so Ive been through the ringer and have learned how to work things and find anything and everything to try and ease migraines!!! These stretchy ice hats have saved my life, literally, and mine have never smelled. I still have the original plastic bags they came in. Im so sorry for those of you got some with the horrible odors, Im not saying there maybe arent some bad ones.

> 3 dayI suffer with anxiety and this pack has a nice therapeutic effect when I freeze it and wear it. Direct contact might be a bit much and sometimes when it is, Ill put a thin cloth over my head first and wear this. Havent used the heating effect yet but however cold this gets, it stays elastic.

> 3 dayLove these for my tension like headaches from occipital neuralgia. I do wish they stayed colder a little longer but I just rotate them out in the freezer. They cover all the areas I need and I usually supplement with another ice pack neck wrap for my neck and shoulders and it brings me back to life for a bit. I work from home so these get used a LOT. This 2 pack has a bit more of a chemical smell at first but Im sure will fade.

> 3 dayI get migraines. I dont want to use too many pills so I thought I give this a try. It is really cold when you take out of the freezer. It freezes your forehead. I wait a few minutes and then use it it worked for me, its comfy, & it makes me relax headache gone.

> 3 dayOkay, my wife has cluster headaches. What do I do? Pull this lovely thing out of the freezer and give it to her. She lays there and falls asleep. Sometimes she doesn’t fall asleep, and it alleviates her headache. I know you could get an ice pack but seriously, this is so much better, it covers all areas of your head, even your eyes. This thing is wonderful. 10/10.

> 3 dayI have tried a few different ice pack hats and this one is the most comfortable. Others are bulky and collect ice on the outside when I put it in the freezer. But this one is made of comfortable material and is very smooth.

> 3 dayI get cluster or cervicogenic headaches with scalp tenderness and this is a calming way to help relieve the pain! I can wear it higher up so I can still read, or pull over my eyes to block the light!
