> 24 hourIve had my Shark Rocket corded stick for about 4 years. As much as Ive loved it, I really wanted to upgrade to something cordless with better attachments. The design, packaging and quality all exceeded my expectations. For context, I have a very small house that usually takes 20 minutes to fully vacuum. Its all vinyl wood with three area rugs, two very low pile (washable) and one a longer shag length rug. I also have two dogs, short haired, that do shed, but their hair doesnt really stick to anything so its always been easy to vacuum. Cons: - poor suction, unable to pick up small crumbs just under the stove or fridge. - Battery did not seem to last as long as it should and took longer to charge than specified. - Carpet picky. Of my three area rugs, only one vacuumed up well and the vacuum seemed to make no progress on the others. - Difficult to disconnect the parts. Pros: - Good maneuverability. - Great array of attachments included - lightweight and sleek design - docking to charge was simple and the option for a spare battery was nice. Ultimately, I opted to return and try something else. Comparing this vacuum to the one Ive owned for 4+ years I felt like there had to be something better out there.

> 24 hourWe purchased the Tineco Pure One Tango cordless wifi vacuum last Black Friday, and we couldn’t be more pleased with the device. The suction is great, and it’s so lightweight to handle. No electrical cords to deal with. Picks up all the bits, dog hair, debris, the floors are all super clean from carpet, tile, and stone. In February 2023 for some reason it stopped working. Instead of returning it to Amazon (there’s a message on the device to please call them first) so ok, I called the company for assistance. They were so very courteous and helpful, diagnosed the problem, sent us the replacement part at no charge within a week, and we are back to being very happy customers. Their customer service spoke to us on the phone, communicated with us through email, SMS, everything possible to make certain we were pleased. I would absolutely recommend this company and this device hands down. 10 plus star rating! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

> 24 hourHi - I dont typically leave product reviews but Ive been so impressed with this vacuum! I have a 1200 square foot apartment with vintage and delicate hardwood floors. Id been looking for a vacuum for a while that I can use on the hardwood without harming it. The hardwood floor attachment on this vacuum is perfect. Also, I cant say enough about how handy it is to have a lightweight cordless vacuum. No cord or plug-ins to worry about. You just pick this up and go - almost as light and easy as a broom. And, unlike a broom, this vacuum gets ALL the dust. Previously I was sweeping my whole apartment weekly and mopping it once a month - and I still constantly had dust and dirt on the floors. With this vacuum I can clean all the floors and rugs in about 30 minutes once or twice a week, and I plan on mopping only about once every 6 months (except the kitchen and bathroom - which I still mop weekly). If you live in cold climates and need to clean the snow salt off your entry way rugs every day - this vacuum also does the trick. Again, its just as quick and light as a broom. You can grab it and clean your entryway rugs in just a couple of minutes. The battery charge really does last 40 minutes. The different attachments all come on and off easily, and the vacuum easily converts into a hand-held vacuum thats great for couches, benches, chairs, etc. The only downside for this particular model is that the handheld function isnt particularly great for vacuuming up dust on solid furniture (such as dressers or shelves), but thats best done with a damp rag anyways. I was nervous about making such a large purchase and worried that it wouldnt actually work very well, but this turned out to be a good purchase.

> 24 hourWorks much better than the Dyson cordless vacuum it replaces.

> 24 hourMost times, instructions I find for assembly are insufficient. With his vacuum I think they are overwhelming. I was not expecting have to guess which of the numerous models fall under the same letters. I could not figure where some parts should go. A friend found that not all parts are used in the unit I got. I am disabled-- but not dumb. Once assembled I found the vacuum to be well made and performed very well. If it were easier to assemble I would have given it a higher rating. Highly recommend.

> 24 hourI wanted to wait a couple of weeks to give a more accurate review. I own the Tineco Floor vac/mop and I dont know how Id live without it! BUT, I didnt automatically buy their cordless vac; I researched and read hundreds of reviews on different models and brands before purchasing. The Pros: Its powerful! I have 3 teens, 2 shedding dogs, and a home office which means we dirty our floors a lot! The suction is fantastic! It cleans stairs, hardwoods, tile and carpet, no problem. Easy to empty. Great filters for smells. Gets under furniture. Really easy to use. It has a maximum power button but you dont need it often. The regular mode is powerful enough and it will run longer on one charge with regular mode. Great attachments! Best vac Ive used for cleaning my car. The cons: Doesnt stand up on its own. I think this is a major design flaw. A vacuum should stand up when its connected to the floor attachment! Also, Its heavy. I vacuumed 2000 sq ft. of different types of flooring to get a real feel for it. After 1500 it gets heavy. The Miele stick vac has a configuration option to lower the motor so the weight is near the floor. Its easier to push/pull weight than to hold it. To a small person like myself this makes a difference. Lastly; for some odd reason the handle gave me a small blister on the top of my thumb. I changed hands and it did the same on the other one. The square design of the handle area rubs the tops my thumbs. Bottom line: I would purchase it again. BUT, I wouldnt buy this as my only vacuum for more than 1500 sq feet. I have a Miele canister for the whole house. I use the Tineco for inbetween cleanings and spills. I also own the Miele Stick Vacuum for another location. This is better IMO. Hope this helps.

> 24 hourSo far I’m really liking this vacuum. It has really great suction. Great for hardwood or solid surface flooring. I couldn’t believe how much dust and hair was on my supposedly “clean” floor. Attachments are great and easy to take on and off, and they actually lock in so they don’t randomly fall out. It does come with a couple of cons… For starters. That battery is capable, but it’s definitely not the best. It drains pretty quickly if max suction is turned on. Definitely recommend a second battery. Secondly, the power brush has no height adjustments. It makes it hard to vacuum on taller area rugs or carpet. In all I’m very impressed. Impressed enough to write an Amazon review which is saying a lot coming from me.

> 24 hourVery happy with my purchase ( a Wirecutter’s recommendation) but the battery life is not long enough to last me a few hours without putting it back on the charging station.

> 24 hourOur Dyson cordless vac recently had issues and no replacement parts seemed to fix the problem. So did some research and found this Tineco recommended by Wirecutter. Figured it was worth a try, especially since it doesnt cost as much as a Dyson! Were so shocked by how quiet it is! The first week or so of using it, we thought it wasnt on because it ran so quietly. We love the light that helps us see dirt in corners and under furniture. The dust monitor is interesting as well -- it supposedly measures the amount of dust in the area youre vacuuming to help you get a more thorough clean. Assembly was super easy, all the parts snap together well. The dust bin took a bit of finagling to figure out, but thats mainly because its different from Dysons style. The charger is also nice. You can take the battery off the main vacuum or charge it without removing it. But best of all... the switch you can flip to keep pressing the on button! My fingers rejoice, no more pain trying to press the button constantly for a long cleaning session! I do wish it had suction closer to the edges of the main vacuum attachment. I have to go back over our stairs with the detailer to get dust stuck in the corners.

> 24 hourFor years, I had contemplated purchasing a cordless vacuum for light, everyday cleaning but couldn’t justify the purchase. Corded vacuums are the standard and more powerful, and we already owned a Roomba. Aside from the desire, there are so many options, and without trialing one, I couldn’t pull the trigger. Fast forward to a health issue + trip to visit a friend. As a result of the health issue, I began streamlining chores, and while visiting my friend, she had a Dyson for me to try. I wanted something that could handle evening cleaning and transition from wood to rugs effortlessly. As for the Dyson, it was powerful on boost and effortless to vacuum, but the battery life was lacking. Ergonomically, holding down the trigger the entire cleaning is exhausting. After returning home, I began researching again and came back to this model. I’ve heard others rave (via reviews and word-of-mouth) about this brand, and w/ being rated #1 in a few searches, I took the leap. Only regret: not doing so earlier. PROS: • Light • Easy to steer and swivel • Easy to empty canister • Long battery life (can clean approx. 2000 sq. ft. hardwood + rugs + outdoor doormats) • Picks up adequately on regular mode; more powerful and faster on boost • Picks up close to baseboards • Effortlessly change and remove parts while using • Can consistently use on one charge, even w/ boost • Trigger switch for constant mode vs. holding down to power • Don’t miss fighting cord • Bright light to see mess on floor • Aesthetically pleasing • Generous accessories CONS: • Difficulty picking up larger debri; need to lift vacuum and place over debri to suck up • Sometimes need to unscrew filter to fully empty canister — dirty • Extra battery an investment (approx. 1/5 of price of vacuum) • Doesn’t pick up well under furniture where there’s a small gap for crumbs; must switch attachment • Need to use second battery for “deeper,” longer cleanings • Must switch modes (regular vs. boost) depending on surface Despite any cons, the pros far outweigh them, and I’ve been very pleased w/ my purchase. It checks all the boxes and found I can do more than anticipated, including hitting the outdoor mats. Admittedly, I have not used it much on carpet, but in a pinch, it picks up little things I see if I happen to be using it near a bedroom; still primarily use corded vacuum for this job due to power. If you’re looking for a cordless vacuum for everyday cleaning, this is it. User-intuitive, light, powerful unit that makes cleaning faster and more efficient. Can’t recommend enough.
