I never write reviews, but I will cause this was the smartest decision we made since we got a white husky malamute added to our house. Never experienced greatness until I could voluntarily vacuum ten times a day with no complaints. Great customer service too!

I like the mobility of not having to plug in this vacuum. The suction is great when it’s on the max power mode, however the battery runs down VERY fast on max. The battery would last about double the amount of time of you were to use it in auto I suppose, but I have a fully carpeted house with 4 children under 12 so they are constantly tracking dirt ect. Into the house so I feel like it really it only works for me on max. I will be buying a second battery to switch out so I can do more than just my living room and hallway, but it’s just a bummer I even have to do that considering the price point of this vacuum. I really thought I would like it better, but unfortunately I do not, but have to keep it because spent so much on this I won’t be buying a new vacuum for a while.

Great vacuum with excellent power. I read a bunch of reviews before getting this one. Its a little more than i budgeted to spend but worth it. Great vacuum and happy we got it!

I absolutely love this vac! It’s lightweight but gives a heavy duty clean. It picks up all the cat hair and dirt in a snap. Easy to carry. Easy to clean. I’m very pleased.

This is easy to put together and works well. I dont think it has the suction for a really heavy mess, but all in all, I love it. What surprised me is how really quiet it is. At first, I thought it wasnt working. This is a winner.

Very happy with my purchase ( a Wirecutter’s recommendation) but the battery life is not long enough to last me a few hours without putting it back on the charging station.

I can gladly say that I am much more likely to vacuum since I purchased this stick vacuum. The freedom of not having to schlepp around a heavy vacuum and plugging it in is phenomenal! It even has enough power to get all my hardwood floors vacuumed on full power before washing them. It is a fairly lightweight device and handles great. Having two separate heads for hardwood and carpet is almost required and you should make sure to use the right one for the job. The charging station mounts neatly to the wall but I wish there was a mount for the second head. Emptying the bin and cleaning it is straight forward. What I do not like too much is the suction power. It is great at picking up hair and dust but even small debris often gets pushed aside rather than picked up unless you hit it at exactly the right angle. But thats about it! I feel my house is a lot cleaner since I started using this vacuum, simply because it is so much more convenient than a corded counterpart.

We love This vacuum cleaner. It does the job. It stays charged long enough to get your cleaning completed.

I am amazed every time I use this at how much cat hair, cat litter and dust it picks up. I had no idea how much I was just living with, sitting in and breathing on a daily basis. This machine is easy to use, easy to take apart and clean, and it has great features. One of my favorite activities is to vacuum in the dark! I have two cats, hardwood floors, and am a raving fan. I highly recommended this product to family and friends and I wish I bought this years ago!

Unit died after 4 months and out of warranty. It has clean brand new filters and battery, but will no longer turn on. Used it for general maintenance. Now its a an expensive lemon. Update: Contacted Customer Service and product was actually under warranty. Following some troubleshooting, determined the motor unit was defective. They replaced the motor unit and unit is working as described. Appreciate the quick turnaround and love the product for my hardwood floors.
