Greater than one weekUnit died after 4 months and out of warranty. It has clean brand new filters and battery, but will no longer turn on. Used it for general maintenance. Now its a an expensive lemon. Update: Contacted Customer Service and product was actually under warranty. Following some troubleshooting, determined the motor unit was defective. They replaced the motor unit and unit is working as described. Appreciate the quick turnaround and love the product for my hardwood floors.

> 3 dayThis is a great beautiful esthetically pleasing vacuum. Very convenient for a mother of 2 with 2 doggies. It picked up a whole bunch of nasty dirt and dust and hair that has probably been sitting in my living space since I moved in. It works great on carpets (shaggy ones too) and it is just so easy to go and vacuum effortlessly. The air even smells cleaner. The only reason why I took off a star was because of the battery life it does not last 40 min like Tineco advertises. I know that they sell extra batteries but I dont want to spend another $100 dollars on another battery. I have until January to decide if this is going to be a deal breaker for me.

Greater than one weekI wanted to wait a couple of weeks to give a more accurate review. I own the Tineco Floor vac/mop and I dont know how Id live without it! BUT, I didnt automatically buy their cordless vac; I researched and read hundreds of reviews on different models and brands before purchasing. The Pros: Its powerful! I have 3 teens, 2 shedding dogs, and a home office which means we dirty our floors a lot! The suction is fantastic! It cleans stairs, hardwoods, tile and carpet, no problem. Easy to empty. Great filters for smells. Gets under furniture. Really easy to use. It has a maximum power button but you dont need it often. The regular mode is powerful enough and it will run longer on one charge with regular mode. Great attachments! Best vac Ive used for cleaning my car. The cons: Doesnt stand up on its own. I think this is a major design flaw. A vacuum should stand up when its connected to the floor attachment! Also, Its heavy. I vacuumed 2000 sq ft. of different types of flooring to get a real feel for it. After 1500 it gets heavy. The Miele stick vac has a configuration option to lower the motor so the weight is near the floor. Its easier to push/pull weight than to hold it. To a small person like myself this makes a difference. Lastly; for some odd reason the handle gave me a small blister on the top of my thumb. I changed hands and it did the same on the other one. The square design of the handle area rubs the tops my thumbs. Bottom line: I would purchase it again. BUT, I wouldnt buy this as my only vacuum for more than 1500 sq feet. I have a Miele canister for the whole house. I use the Tineco for inbetween cleanings and spills. I also own the Miele Stick Vacuum for another location. This is better IMO. Hope this helps.

> 3 dayHi - I dont typically leave product reviews but Ive been so impressed with this vacuum! I have a 1200 square foot apartment with vintage and delicate hardwood floors. Id been looking for a vacuum for a while that I can use on the hardwood without harming it. The hardwood floor attachment on this vacuum is perfect. Also, I cant say enough about how handy it is to have a lightweight cordless vacuum. No cord or plug-ins to worry about. You just pick this up and go - almost as light and easy as a broom. And, unlike a broom, this vacuum gets ALL the dust. Previously I was sweeping my whole apartment weekly and mopping it once a month - and I still constantly had dust and dirt on the floors. With this vacuum I can clean all the floors and rugs in about 30 minutes once or twice a week, and I plan on mopping only about once every 6 months (except the kitchen and bathroom - which I still mop weekly). If you live in cold climates and need to clean the snow salt off your entry way rugs every day - this vacuum also does the trick. Again, its just as quick and light as a broom. You can grab it and clean your entryway rugs in just a couple of minutes. The battery charge really does last 40 minutes. The different attachments all come on and off easily, and the vacuum easily converts into a hand-held vacuum thats great for couches, benches, chairs, etc. The only downside for this particular model is that the handheld function isnt particularly great for vacuuming up dust on solid furniture (such as dressers or shelves), but thats best done with a damp rag anyways. I was nervous about making such a large purchase and worried that it wouldnt actually work very well, but this turned out to be a good purchase.

> 3 dayI have owned Dyson products for several years. The costs of Dyson products would indicate an exceptional level of quality, right? Not so, I find. Finally, after not being able to repair my current Dyson V11 any longer I have decided to look elsewhere. So, I thought I need to look for a better quality product. After reading a whole mess of reviews, I decided that Id get the Tineco Pure. Nowadays, the industry has certainly improved. I wanted to find a vacuum with a high level of quality and a reasonable cost. Im actually looking forward to vacuuming my floors. They are mostly hard surface with some area rugs. The Pure S11 handles the fur and particles my four cats and I leave laying around each day. The S11 handles things very well at a level equal to that of the Dyson. The product is better made in my opinion and repair parts are plentiful. The vacuum looks really nice and is so much lighter than the Dyson. And quiet? Amazingly so. The Dyson sounded like a small jet engine all the time, let alone on maximum suction. The Tineco doesnt even bother the cats. Im amazed. Issues are that the battery slowly wears down. It apparently does not hold a consistent charge during use. The suction gradually gets weaker the longer it runs. Another issue that is confusing to me is that it will attach itself to area rugs like a leach and to move the vacuum over the rug is quite difficult. Due to the suction. On my bathroom floor, it will really bog down over the linoleum. Its like it wants to attach itself to the floor. Over regular hard floors or carpet, it works fine. Cant explain this. Suggestions to Tineco: Make the trigger be for max suction when you need it. As an on/off switch, it is not very handy. The always on lever is much more useful. Either improve or discontinue the app. Not very helpful and very glitchy (I use an iPhone). If you are wondering, go for it. You, if you are a reasonable person, you will find it a pleasant experience.

> 3 dayThis vacuum makes it so easy to clean. Very lightweight and the battery lasts a long time. BUT my absolute favorite thing about it is the anti-tangle technology. I had long hair that sheds like crazy.. I used to have to cut my hair out of other vacuums often. Not with this vacuum though! I think ive cut out less than 20 strands the entire time Ive owned it. Its amazing.

> 3 dayWe have 3 dogs and 4 cats so it probably gets a little overworked, but for an apartment or pet free house would probably be awesome.

Greater than one weekI ordered this to replace a cordless Miele that I do not like. I live in a small condo (917 sq feet) with only bare floors. After extensive research, I chose this Tineco Pure One S15 over the Dyson V12 Slim Detect mainly because of Tinecos free-standing floor charging/storage base. During the unboxing of the new Tineco, I immediately realized that the hand-held part of the vacuum is too heavy for me to use comfortably as a hand-vacuum, and would also be quite top-heavy for daily vacuuming of the floors. I also noticed just from holding the hand-held segment briefly, that the hand-grip area is small and not ergonomically designed. It caused discomfort just in the short time I held it during the partial unboxing, because my average sized hand made contact with two hard plastic protuberances during a normal grip. I could not imagine vacuuming for 15 minutes like that. I did not bother to finish the unboxing, and never fully assembled or tested the vacuum. The quality of the parts seemed adequate, and if not for its weight and the uncomfortable hand grip, I would have looked forward to fully testing the vacuums function. But since I already decided I was not keeping it, I didnt want to use it and return a vacuum with cat hair in it. (Please note if you need to return this machine, you must completely repackage it for shipping, print a label, take it to UPS, and wait up to 30 days for a refund. It is not a simply drop-off return like most Amazon purchases.).

> 3 dayI am very happy with this vacuum. It works very well overall. It is very easy to maneuver and gets into tight spots quite well. It transitions very well from carpet to bare floor. I would rate it five stars overall except for a few, mostly minor, complaints: In addition to the main cleaning head, it has 4 accessories, but the wall mount only has space for 3 The unit can only be charged in the wall mount holder, you cannot plug a charger in directly The charger is underpowered; I put it on the charger as soon as I unpacked it (there was enough charge to test it out) and was not fully charged after four hours. The charger plug is proprietary, and I cannot substitute one of the numerous chargers I have accumulated over the years. The battery appears to be a proprietary design so I cannot substitute one of my 18v or 20v tool batteries. The vacuum only comes with one battery. A spare battery costs $150 which is approximately 2/3 the price of the whole vacuum Looking over this list I wonder if maybe it should be three stars??? Hope this helps

> 3 dayFor reference I have a two bedroom apartment. The vacuum will last charge wise if I move quickly throughout the rooms. If I need to take my time to make sure I’m getting all the dirt and dust, it dies before I’m finished. I will also say, this doesnt pick up anything larger than a grain of rice. I dropped uncooked Israeli couscous and the vacuum would not pick it up as the standing vacuum. It did pick it up when changing to the handheld version. Hair does not get stuck in the roller, but it does get stuck in the wheels a bit. I love the emptying feature. You can use the lever and to get a good clean you can remove the peices from the middle of the lever to make sure all of the dust is out. I have a dog and a cat so this sucks up ALL of the hair and litter. I love it. Con: the battery just doesn’t last. Pros: cleans up pet hair no problem
