> 3 dayI wanted to wait a couple of weeks to give a more accurate review. I own the Tineco Floor vac/mop and I dont know how Id live without it! BUT, I didnt automatically buy their cordless vac; I researched and read hundreds of reviews on different models and brands before purchasing. The Pros: Its powerful! I have 3 teens, 2 shedding dogs, and a home office which means we dirty our floors a lot! The suction is fantastic! It cleans stairs, hardwoods, tile and carpet, no problem. Easy to empty. Great filters for smells. Gets under furniture. Really easy to use. It has a maximum power button but you dont need it often. The regular mode is powerful enough and it will run longer on one charge with regular mode. Great attachments! Best vac Ive used for cleaning my car. The cons: Doesnt stand up on its own. I think this is a major design flaw. A vacuum should stand up when its connected to the floor attachment! Also, Its heavy. I vacuumed 2000 sq ft. of different types of flooring to get a real feel for it. After 1500 it gets heavy. The Miele stick vac has a configuration option to lower the motor so the weight is near the floor. Its easier to push/pull weight than to hold it. To a small person like myself this makes a difference. Lastly; for some odd reason the handle gave me a small blister on the top of my thumb. I changed hands and it did the same on the other one. The square design of the handle area rubs the tops my thumbs. Bottom line: I would purchase it again. BUT, I wouldnt buy this as my only vacuum for more than 1500 sq feet. I have a Miele canister for the whole house. I use the Tineco for inbetween cleanings and spills. I also own the Miele Stick Vacuum for another location. This is better IMO. Hope this helps.

> 3 dayMost times, instructions I find for assembly are insufficient. With his vacuum I think they are overwhelming. I was not expecting have to guess which of the numerous models fall under the same letters. I could not figure where some parts should go. A friend found that not all parts are used in the unit I got. I am disabled-- but not dumb. Once assembled I found the vacuum to be well made and performed very well. If it were easier to assemble I would have given it a higher rating. Highly recommend.

> 3 dayI am very happy with this vacuum. It works very well overall. It is very easy to maneuver and gets into tight spots quite well. It transitions very well from carpet to bare floor. I would rate it five stars overall except for a few, mostly minor, complaints: In addition to the main cleaning head, it has 4 accessories, but the wall mount only has space for 3 The unit can only be charged in the wall mount holder, you cannot plug a charger in directly The charger is underpowered; I put it on the charger as soon as I unpacked it (there was enough charge to test it out) and was not fully charged after four hours. The charger plug is proprietary, and I cannot substitute one of the numerous chargers I have accumulated over the years. The battery appears to be a proprietary design so I cannot substitute one of my 18v or 20v tool batteries. The vacuum only comes with one battery. A spare battery costs $150 which is approximately 2/3 the price of the whole vacuum Looking over this list I wonder if maybe it should be three stars??? Hope this helps

> 3 dayI absolutely love this vac! It’s lightweight but gives a heavy duty clean. It picks up all the cat hair and dirt in a snap. Easy to carry. Easy to clean. I’m very pleased.

> 3 dayFor reference I have a two bedroom apartment. The vacuum will last charge wise if I move quickly throughout the rooms. If I need to take my time to make sure I’m getting all the dirt and dust, it dies before I’m finished. I will also say, this doesnt pick up anything larger than a grain of rice. I dropped uncooked Israeli couscous and the vacuum would not pick it up as the standing vacuum. It did pick it up when changing to the handheld version. Hair does not get stuck in the roller, but it does get stuck in the wheels a bit. I love the emptying feature. You can use the lever and to get a good clean you can remove the peices from the middle of the lever to make sure all of the dust is out. I have a dog and a cat so this sucks up ALL of the hair and litter. I love it. Con: the battery just doesn’t last. Pros: cleans up pet hair no problem

11-06-2025Folks who complain about the Tineco S11 Tangos performance didnt do their homework. A product is designed to optimize a particular job. Most complaints are for jobs outside this vacs designed primary purpose. The Tango comes with a specially designed head for hardwood floors. My dog is a huge shedder, so I needed a vac to pick up dog hair on the hardwood floors of the main floor of my 1200 sq ft townhome. I dont have a lot of area to cover, so battery run time is not a factor. And I dont use it for picking up dog hair on my upstairs carpeting. I keep my older canister vac upstairs for that purpose. This vac does exactly what it was designed for, does it well, and is fast to retrieve, use, and put away for recharging. Itll do carpeting but not as well or as long as a corded model. I love this vac.

> 3 dayJust as heavy and non-ergonomic as my last Dyson v6. Much MUCH quieter. Excellent suction and cleaning quality. Slightly less maneuverability/flexibility but overall great. Haven’t tried the app yet, probably could have gotten the A-series instead of the S-series because I really don’t plan to.

> 3 dayIt works well. Quiet, suitable for a 4Br house for spot cleaning. Still, you need a Swiffer to clean tight areas.

> 3 dayI needed a lightweight vacuum to do my stairs, and this was perfect! The battery last long enough to vacuum two full floors (about 2500 sq ft). The canister doesn’t hold a lot, so does require frequent emptying. I do appreciate the indicator that tells you when the canister is getting full and the clear indicator of battery left.

> 3 dayThe vacuum by itself is great. Works very well on hardwood floor. My only complain would be the battery it lasts less than 30min and takes a lot of time to recharge. Besides that the product overall works great.
