Greater than one weekI have a A11 hero which I bought several years ago. It has worked beautifully; however, I now own a dog who is a shedder. I needed something stronger. From my previous experience, another Tineco was a for sure. My new has much stronger suction and is picking up dog hair just great. The design is very similar to my previous vacuum. Being familiar with the design made it so much easier to get the vacuum up and running quickly.

23-11-2024I originally began looking for a vacuum to make cleaning my stairs easier. It’s always a hassle with the big corded vacuum. I am so glad that I found this stick vacuum. This is the first stick vacuum I’ve owned (besides the one I bought and returned the next day right before purchasing this one). The suction is great and it’s easy to maneuver. It works better than my corded vacuum and makes me want to vacuum more often. I love that it has a base to sit on and it doesn’t need to be installed on a wall. The battery does go down quickly, but it hasn’t been an issue for me since most of my lower level is uncarpeted. I do sometimes use it on the wood floors, but mainly use it for the carpet. I do wish the dustbin was a little larger though. My favorite feature is the iLoop smart sensor. I keep the setting on auto and it automatically adjusts suction power according to how dirty the area is. You can see when the area is clean with the lcd screen (changes from red to blue). I have a dog and it works great picking up pet hair. The first time I used it, it picked up hair that my corded pet vacuum wouldn’t pick up. So now I use my Tineco exclusively. I caught this on sale and am 100% happy with my purchase!

> 3 dayMy home is 762 sq feet and my vacuum only last long enough for my bedroom to be vacuumed. Other then that it works great i love to be able to see how it shows you where their is debri. The suction is great as well and to start using it super easy to clear out. Other then the batter i have no complaints. If you have pets get the pet edition trust me the add ons pay off.

> 3 dayI was so impressed with certain qualities of this vacuum - but ultimately, it failed to satisfy our use case. For context, we have about 2000 sq ft of wall to wall carpet throughout the house and another 1500 sq ft or so of hardwood with a couple of medium sized area rugs. PROS: - suction power is impressive, to the point where if youre near the edge of an area rug, itll actually try to pick the rug up. Tt can also feel tricky at first to push the vacuum through carpet, because the suction is so powerful - however, once I got used to the geometry and how low to hold the handle, this wasnt a problem, as such. - the way the large brush roll easily separates from the whole brush roll housing is genius. I have a wife and three girls all with longish hair, so the ability to take this piece out and just slide the hair off the end of the brush roll is such an improvement over other vacuums weve had where you essentially have to cut the hair down the length off the brush roll in order to get it off. - having an actual docking station is a nice feature - if you have the floor space for it near an outlet CONS: - the battery is the major issue here. Though advertised as up to 40 minutes runtime, I suspect this figure is taken by running the vacuum in handheld mode (no lower attachment), with minimal obstruction. (disclosure - the subsequent research Ive done leads me to believe this is actually of an industry standard for this measurement). In actual use, with the brush roll assembly, I was able to get between 13 and 17 minutes runtime. - the automatic dust detection/suctions power adjustment feature is a neat idea, but I think its also the main contributor to the battery life issue. I found that on carpets and area rugs alike, the vacuum would run on near max suction exclusively. I even ran some testing where I vacuumed a small section of our carpeted bedroom for several minutes - I would have thought that eventually it would adjust from high suction to lower (once the area was vacuumed), but it never actually did. So what initially seemed like smart efficiency tool, ended up being my main gripe with the vacuum. CONSLUSION: Our primary concern was that the short battery life made vacuuming the entire house a multi-day process, where we could do two or three rooms, then recharge the battery for four hours, do a couple more rooms, recharge, etc. Id imagine that if you had a small/midsized apartment with most/all hardwood floors, this could be a real winner for you.

20-11-2024I wanted to wait a couple of weeks to give a more accurate review. I own the Tineco Floor vac/mop and I dont know how Id live without it! BUT, I didnt automatically buy their cordless vac; I researched and read hundreds of reviews on different models and brands before purchasing. The Pros: Its powerful! I have 3 teens, 2 shedding dogs, and a home office which means we dirty our floors a lot! The suction is fantastic! It cleans stairs, hardwoods, tile and carpet, no problem. Easy to empty. Great filters for smells. Gets under furniture. Really easy to use. It has a maximum power button but you dont need it often. The regular mode is powerful enough and it will run longer on one charge with regular mode. Great attachments! Best vac Ive used for cleaning my car. The cons: Doesnt stand up on its own. I think this is a major design flaw. A vacuum should stand up when its connected to the floor attachment! Also, Its heavy. I vacuumed 2000 sq ft. of different types of flooring to get a real feel for it. After 1500 it gets heavy. The Miele stick vac has a configuration option to lower the motor so the weight is near the floor. Its easier to push/pull weight than to hold it. To a small person like myself this makes a difference. Lastly; for some odd reason the handle gave me a small blister on the top of my thumb. I changed hands and it did the same on the other one. The square design of the handle area rubs the tops my thumbs. Bottom line: I would purchase it again. BUT, I wouldnt buy this as my only vacuum for more than 1500 sq feet. I have a Miele canister for the whole house. I use the Tineco for inbetween cleanings and spills. I also own the Miele Stick Vacuum for another location. This is better IMO. Hope this helps.

> 3 dayIt is very good, with a great power to take all dust from carpets, and very easy to use and clean. Battery takes almost 4 hours to get fully charged, and lasts around 30 minutes, so maybe an extra battery would be helpful to clean all house without interruption.

> 3 daySo far I’m really liking this vacuum. It has really great suction. Great for hardwood or solid surface flooring. I couldn’t believe how much dust and hair was on my supposedly “clean” floor. Attachments are great and easy to take on and off, and they actually lock in so they don’t randomly fall out. It does come with a couple of cons… For starters. That battery is capable, but it’s definitely not the best. It drains pretty quickly if max suction is turned on. Definitely recommend a second battery. Secondly, the power brush has no height adjustments. It makes it hard to vacuum on taller area rugs or carpet. In all I’m very impressed. Impressed enough to write an Amazon review which is saying a lot coming from me.

22-11-2024Our former Tineco cordless stick vacuum cost more and did less than this new generation Tineco model. It does not come with a back-up battery as our other one did. And the old models batteries dont work in the new unt. This one has a floor recharging dock, rather than a hanging one; an improvement. So far the battery has lasted as long as Ive needed it. It is a bit heavier. The dumping mechanism works better too.

> 3 dayThis is one of the best purchases Ive made in the past year. It is going to replace my Shark vacuum for almost everything I need. I wanted to avoid dragging a cord everywhere. I wanted a lightweight machine, easy charging and storage. I have a dog. It picks up her hair effortlessly from the floor and furniture. The swivel head on the large head make getting into awkward spaces. The low profile head make it easy to get under most furniture easy and moving chairs and sofa unnecessary except when you need a complete cleaning. I wish the dust bin were a bit larger, but it is easy to remove and clean. It wont do a whole house on a single charge, bit it will easily handle two rooms. Considering that Ill be using it for years paying a little more is well worth it.
