> 3 dayMy home is 762 sq feet and my vacuum only last long enough for my bedroom to be vacuumed. Other then that it works great i love to be able to see how it shows you where their is debri. The suction is great as well and to start using it super easy to clear out. Other then the batter i have no complaints. If you have pets get the pet edition trust me the add ons pay off.

> 3 dayWe love This vacuum cleaner. It does the job. It stays charged long enough to get your cleaning completed.

> 3 daySlightly heavier than my previous very basic cordless vacuum, but much more performant. Pleasing to use. A nice choice of attachments — I use a good number of them regularly. Good dock. After a few months the battery developed a defect. I registered the vacuum on Tinecos web site (the hardest thing is finding the serial number — its not the number on the battery, but rather a sticker inside the vacuum, that you can only see once you remove the dust container!). Anyhow, after registering, I sent a short video (under 20 seconds) showing the problem (the battery blinking red and not charging), and Tineco shipped me a new battery (arrived in 2-3 days), no questions asked.

> 3 dayIve had my Shark Rocket corded stick for about 4 years. As much as Ive loved it, I really wanted to upgrade to something cordless with better attachments. The design, packaging and quality all exceeded my expectations. For context, I have a very small house that usually takes 20 minutes to fully vacuum. Its all vinyl wood with three area rugs, two very low pile (washable) and one a longer shag length rug. I also have two dogs, short haired, that do shed, but their hair doesnt really stick to anything so its always been easy to vacuum. Cons: - poor suction, unable to pick up small crumbs just under the stove or fridge. - Battery did not seem to last as long as it should and took longer to charge than specified. - Carpet picky. Of my three area rugs, only one vacuumed up well and the vacuum seemed to make no progress on the others. - Difficult to disconnect the parts. Pros: - Good maneuverability. - Great array of attachments included - lightweight and sleek design - docking to charge was simple and the option for a spare battery was nice. Ultimately, I opted to return and try something else. Comparing this vacuum to the one Ive owned for 4+ years I felt like there had to be something better out there.

> 3 dayI previously owned the shark pet pro (market value about $200). It pretty much stopped working after one year. When researching a replacement I saw a lot of tineco models. I have a 2BR apartment with carpet and hardwood so I needed a model that could do both. Battery life was not as much of an issue for me (however you can purchase extra battery packs and I believe there are other brand that make the lithium batteries with the same attachment). After using it for a week I don’t have a bad thing to say about it! My favorite part is how easy it is to clean. Very similar in that way to the Dyson stick vacuum. The part about hair not getting caught in the brush head is TRUE! I have long hair and have not had to cut any out of the brush head. Highly recommend! Very easy to clean out which makes me the happiest.

Greater than one weekI have owned Dyson products for several years. The costs of Dyson products would indicate an exceptional level of quality, right? Not so, I find. Finally, after not being able to repair my current Dyson V11 any longer I have decided to look elsewhere. So, I thought I need to look for a better quality product. After reading a whole mess of reviews, I decided that Id get the Tineco Pure. Nowadays, the industry has certainly improved. I wanted to find a vacuum with a high level of quality and a reasonable cost. Im actually looking forward to vacuuming my floors. They are mostly hard surface with some area rugs. The Pure S11 handles the fur and particles my four cats and I leave laying around each day. The S11 handles things very well at a level equal to that of the Dyson. The product is better made in my opinion and repair parts are plentiful. The vacuum looks really nice and is so much lighter than the Dyson. And quiet? Amazingly so. The Dyson sounded like a small jet engine all the time, let alone on maximum suction. The Tineco doesnt even bother the cats. Im amazed. Issues are that the battery slowly wears down. It apparently does not hold a consistent charge during use. The suction gradually gets weaker the longer it runs. Another issue that is confusing to me is that it will attach itself to area rugs like a leach and to move the vacuum over the rug is quite difficult. Due to the suction. On my bathroom floor, it will really bog down over the linoleum. Its like it wants to attach itself to the floor. Over regular hard floors or carpet, it works fine. Cant explain this. Suggestions to Tineco: Make the trigger be for max suction when you need it. As an on/off switch, it is not very handy. The always on lever is much more useful. Either improve or discontinue the app. Not very helpful and very glitchy (I use an iPhone). If you are wondering, go for it. You, if you are a reasonable person, you will find it a pleasant experience.

> 3 dayI love the portability of this vacuum system. We live in a little house with stairs. Hauling our regular old vacuum--which is a very good one -- around in relatively cramped spaces was really frustrating. This system works beautifully for us. The changeable attachments make it easy to clean even in tight or very low or very narrow spaces. It works long enough on a single charge that I can do nearly an entire floor. The one thing I wish were possible would be to switch to a less powerful suction level. We have old oriental rugs and the suction is so strong I worry about damage. I have to use the upholstery head for the rugs -- an inconvenience but not a terrible one. You have to clean the dust collector after every job -- not that big a deal -- and you have to clean the brushes and the little filter cylinder -- also not that big a deal. Compared to hauling even a compact vacuum around our little house, this is a dream. I love it!

> 3 dayI originally began looking for a vacuum to make cleaning my stairs easier. It’s always a hassle with the big corded vacuum. I am so glad that I found this stick vacuum. This is the first stick vacuum I’ve owned (besides the one I bought and returned the next day right before purchasing this one). The suction is great and it’s easy to maneuver. It works better than my corded vacuum and makes me want to vacuum more often. I love that it has a base to sit on and it doesn’t need to be installed on a wall. The battery does go down quickly, but it hasn’t been an issue for me since most of my lower level is uncarpeted. I do sometimes use it on the wood floors, but mainly use it for the carpet. I do wish the dustbin was a little larger though. My favorite feature is the iLoop smart sensor. I keep the setting on auto and it automatically adjusts suction power according to how dirty the area is. You can see when the area is clean with the lcd screen (changes from red to blue). I have a dog and it works great picking up pet hair. The first time I used it, it picked up hair that my corded pet vacuum wouldn’t pick up. So now I use my Tineco exclusively. I caught this on sale and am 100% happy with my purchase!

> 3 dayThis vacuum is lightweight and convenient, especially for someone with a multiple-story home. I have a Dyson animal ball vac which does an amazing job; unfortunately it’s very heavy to carry up and down the stairs and as someone with tendinitis it can be quite uncomfortable lugging around a full size vac. After doing multiple searches and research into cordless stick vacs, I chose this one. It has good suction, great filtration, and is easy to use. The one caveat I would add, and the reason for four out of five stars, is the fact that I find it difficult to push on textured carpets. Even using the multi-purpose head does not help. I have two area rugs in my home that are the popular “antique look.” They both have a raised design rather than a low profile and the vacuum head “skips” or has difficulty moving forward , but not when I pull it back towards me. I called the number listed in the manual for customer support, hoping that they would be able to offer some advice. Instead I found that the person could barely speak English and I’m pretty sure did not understand my question or the problem . That being said, I like the vacuum and I am going to keep it, but I will be keeping my Dyson for the once a week deep cleaning.

> 3 dayLove this vacuum. So much easier to use than a bulky corded one! I’m very happy with this and highly recommend.
