> 3 dayI never write reviews, but I will cause this was the smartest decision we made since we got a white husky malamute added to our house. Never experienced greatness until I could voluntarily vacuum ten times a day with no complaints. Great customer service too!

Greater than one weekMost times, instructions I find for assembly are insufficient. With his vacuum I think they are overwhelming. I was not expecting have to guess which of the numerous models fall under the same letters. I could not figure where some parts should go. A friend found that not all parts are used in the unit I got. I am disabled-- but not dumb. Once assembled I found the vacuum to be well made and performed very well. If it were easier to assemble I would have given it a higher rating. Highly recommend.

> 3 dayThis is a great vacuum, great suction, nice attachments, I like the free standing ability. I would but it again. Better than my Dyson, the real test will be how long it lasts before parts start breaking. It is on the heavier side which I would say is its biggest fault. I do like how it makes the battery last longer by sensing more dirt then it uses more suction. Battery at max speed lasts about 20 min, using it with the sensing ability about 50 minutes give or take depending on the amount of dirt you have to pick up. The wireless ability is just a gimmick and Im a teckkie... you play with it the first couple times and then forget it. All in all it cleans nice, gives your arm a workout, would buy again.

> 3 dayIve had my Shark Rocket corded stick for about 4 years. As much as Ive loved it, I really wanted to upgrade to something cordless with better attachments. The design, packaging and quality all exceeded my expectations. For context, I have a very small house that usually takes 20 minutes to fully vacuum. Its all vinyl wood with three area rugs, two very low pile (washable) and one a longer shag length rug. I also have two dogs, short haired, that do shed, but their hair doesnt really stick to anything so its always been easy to vacuum. Cons: - poor suction, unable to pick up small crumbs just under the stove or fridge. - Battery did not seem to last as long as it should and took longer to charge than specified. - Carpet picky. Of my three area rugs, only one vacuumed up well and the vacuum seemed to make no progress on the others. - Difficult to disconnect the parts. Pros: - Good maneuverability. - Great array of attachments included - lightweight and sleek design - docking to charge was simple and the option for a spare battery was nice. Ultimately, I opted to return and try something else. Comparing this vacuum to the one Ive owned for 4+ years I felt like there had to be something better out there.

> 3 dayAfter a few uses, it stopped working. The suction was low and it would spit things out when you turned it off. I was shocked. I posted a bad review and was immediately contacted by the company with some details about how to troubleshoot. Ill admit, I had a chip on my shoulder that I had cleaned it really well and that it was just broken. But then I realized there were two filters and I hadnt pulled out the inner filter. This was clogged. I had overlooked it. Then I realized there was this added attachment that you can put the filter into (you get two filters when you buy this and one of them is in this attachment) and you do teh max suction and turn the attachment and it cleans out that filter. I also washed and dried it. Ta-Da! Now it works again. So Im changing this from a 1 rating to a 3 rating. The reason Im not going higher is because I still am a little less than impressed with its suction. I was using this in my car since its such a nice easy cordless handheld as well, but it just wasnt really strong enough. I also cant believe how quickly it got clogged and needed to be cleaned, so that will be a weekly if not daily occurrence to avoid losing that suction. I may up to this to a 4 star if I feel it continues to function properly, but for now I want to give it some time and see how well it works. So for anyone reading the reviews about loss of suction, keep in mind that those people maybe didnt take the steps to clean both the inner and top filter. Its a small space and can get clogged easily.

> 3 dayI previously owned the shark pet pro (market value about $200). It pretty much stopped working after one year. When researching a replacement I saw a lot of tineco models. I have a 2BR apartment with carpet and hardwood so I needed a model that could do both. Battery life was not as much of an issue for me (however you can purchase extra battery packs and I believe there are other brand that make the lithium batteries with the same attachment). After using it for a week I don’t have a bad thing to say about it! My favorite part is how easy it is to clean. Very similar in that way to the Dyson stick vacuum. The part about hair not getting caught in the brush head is TRUE! I have long hair and have not had to cut any out of the brush head. Highly recommend! Very easy to clean out which makes me the happiest.

> 3 dayThis vacuum is lightweight and convenient, especially for someone with a multiple-story home. I have a Dyson animal ball vac which does an amazing job; unfortunately it’s very heavy to carry up and down the stairs and as someone with tendinitis it can be quite uncomfortable lugging around a full size vac. After doing multiple searches and research into cordless stick vacs, I chose this one. It has good suction, great filtration, and is easy to use. The one caveat I would add, and the reason for four out of five stars, is the fact that I find it difficult to push on textured carpets. Even using the multi-purpose head does not help. I have two area rugs in my home that are the popular “antique look.” They both have a raised design rather than a low profile and the vacuum head “skips” or has difficulty moving forward , but not when I pull it back towards me. I called the number listed in the manual for customer support, hoping that they would be able to offer some advice. Instead I found that the person could barely speak English and I’m pretty sure did not understand my question or the problem . That being said, I like the vacuum and I am going to keep it, but I will be keeping my Dyson for the once a week deep cleaning.

09-06-2025I’ve owned them all—Shark, Dyson, and lesser quality brands. I was leery because of all the fake reviews on Amazon these days and all the weird brands. I took the time to write this review to help others—this is the best cordless vacuum cleaner I’ve ever owned. I have 3 dogs, including 2 retrievers. Heavy shedders to say the least. I’ve used this vacuum now for almost a year under heavy conditions and it works better than my floor vacuum. I use it in my truck, carpet, and hardwood floors. It works outstanding with them all. The battery lasts longer than my Dyson, and the suction is still going strong after almost a year now. When you open the box it tells you about downloading their app, no need to do that if you don’t want—I’ve never done it, and this is the best vacuum cleaner I’ve ever owned.
