This review is for Tineco Pure ONE S11 Tango which is difficult to find as the listings/names keep changing (today the word Tango is left out but I got the soft roller as well as the brush head for carpet) Im happy with the look, the feel of the build quality, and basic performance. I have not yet used the app, not sure I will. I am comparing it to the Simplicity S65 which Ive had for over 2 years so here are the differences, most of which are negative: 1) The tube is shorter than the S65 and even though I am only 55 tall it feels too short for me. 2) To turn it on and leave it on requires 2 hands - you have to pull the trigger and while HOLDING THE TRIGGER you must use your other hand to move a switch to lock the trigger. This is stupid. The trigger should be a toggle. That locking switch feels a little flimsy to me. 3) The button to open the dustbin feels flimsy. At first I thought it wasnt working but you have to push it harder than you think you should and then it will release. 4) The filters seem like theyre going to be a pain. There are 2 filters - 1 metal, 1 cloth. There is actually a tool you attach to the vacuum to clean the filter. Dear God. No one wants to spend that much time on regular maintenance for a vacuum. If I cared that much about my air quality I wouldnt have pets. 5) The joint where the head attaches to the pole has a big elbow joint that doesnt allow you to reach low under furniture - the head pops a wheelie and loses contact with the floor unless you rotate the pole 90 degrees - another thing that slows you down and makes it less convenient than the S65. See photos. 6) The roller head seems better built than on the S65 - the strips on the edges that protect your floor appear to be better quality - maybe they wont come off & have to be glued back on repeatedly like on my S65. Lesson I learned is never to use the hard floor roller on carpet or rugs - that will pull those strips off. 7) The vacuum came with a wall mount but a lot of people may not want to use that - if they rent they may not be allowed to make holes in their walls so a floor mount should be an option. I havent mounted mine yet and may not. You can make it work in the floor, but not as easy to get the unit snapped in the charger as on the S65. 8) The mini-brush head has a very gentle brush that it says is for cleaning upholstered furniture or mattresses. The brush is so gentle you could vacuum a babys face with it. I use that small size head to vacuum a carpeted staircase so was very disappointed - this wont be able to do that effectively. Ill keep using the S65 for that job. 9) Have not used it yet, but the dusting tool also has brushes that are very short and not very many of them. I cant imagine this will be effective for cleaning anything. I bought this because I wanted 1 vac per floor of my house and also because these lithium batteries reportedly last less than 5 years so I expect my 2.5 year old S65 to stop working in the next 2-3 years. Consumer reports rated the Tineco Pure One as one of the best cordless vacs.

This is a really nice stick vacuum. I got an extra battery but the battery life is really quite good as long as you dont use the max power mode too much. I really like the feature that shows how dirty an area is so you know where to put in the effort. We have a German Shepherd and Siberian Forest Cat and they are all-pro shedders. Tineco Pure does a great job keeping up with the hair. Using an attachment to clean one of the two provided filters is an ingenious way of thumping filters against the nearest trash can to dislodge dirt. Worth the money as long as it lasts a couple of years.

We purchased the Tineco Pure One Tango cordless wifi vacuum last Black Friday, and we couldn’t be more pleased with the device. The suction is great, and it’s so lightweight to handle. No electrical cords to deal with. Picks up all the bits, dog hair, debris, the floors are all super clean from carpet, tile, and stone. In February 2023 for some reason it stopped working. Instead of returning it to Amazon (there’s a message on the device to please call them first) so ok, I called the company for assistance. They were so very courteous and helpful, diagnosed the problem, sent us the replacement part at no charge within a week, and we are back to being very happy customers. Their customer service spoke to us on the phone, communicated with us through email, SMS, everything possible to make certain we were pleased. I would absolutely recommend this company and this device hands down. 10 plus star rating! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I ordered this almost 1 year ago and it’s worked great. Only issue was the rubber stopper at the brush head was broken. I contacted Tineco directly and they sent me a replacement brush head within a week. I sent a photo and no questions asked. Highly recommended!

    Greater than one week

Folks who complain about the Tineco S11 Tangos performance didnt do their homework. A product is designed to optimize a particular job. Most complaints are for jobs outside this vacs designed primary purpose. The Tango comes with a specially designed head for hardwood floors. My dog is a huge shedder, so I needed a vac to pick up dog hair on the hardwood floors of the main floor of my 1200 sq ft townhome. I dont have a lot of area to cover, so battery run time is not a factor. And I dont use it for picking up dog hair on my upstairs carpeting. I keep my older canister vac upstairs for that purpose. This vac does exactly what it was designed for, does it well, and is fast to retrieve, use, and put away for recharging. Itll do carpeting but not as well or as long as a corded model. I love this vac.

I was very excited to get this vacuum, and it worked great everywhere throughout my small apartment until I went over my flat woven rugs. Since the vacuum can only be used in Auto or Max mode, as soon as it sensed dirt on the rug and revved up, the suction was too much and pulled up the rugs, clogging the head. I contacted customer support, and they suggested trying the app to see if it allowed me to set the vacuum to low suction. It doesnt, but Im hopeful their suggestion indicates that possibly that feature could be added down the road. In the meantime, the smaller brush head works fine on these rugs, but it takes a little more time since that head is half the width of the regular one and not really meant for that kind of floor use. If Id gotten one of these vacuums that didnt have that smaller brush head, I would have had to return it. Luckily since I have a small apartment, the battery life is just fine for me. I can always get what I needed clean on a single charge. This vacuum would be perfect if I could vacuum my rugs as intended.

So much fun, my husband does all the vacuuming now and loves it. Best part is seeing how much dust and fur we pick up every day. Our house has never been cleaner.

I wanted to wait a couple of weeks to give a more accurate review. I own the Tineco Floor vac/mop and I dont know how Id live without it! BUT, I didnt automatically buy their cordless vac; I researched and read hundreds of reviews on different models and brands before purchasing. The Pros: Its powerful! I have 3 teens, 2 shedding dogs, and a home office which means we dirty our floors a lot! The suction is fantastic! It cleans stairs, hardwoods, tile and carpet, no problem. Easy to empty. Great filters for smells. Gets under furniture. Really easy to use. It has a maximum power button but you dont need it often. The regular mode is powerful enough and it will run longer on one charge with regular mode. Great attachments! Best vac Ive used for cleaning my car. The cons: Doesnt stand up on its own. I think this is a major design flaw. A vacuum should stand up when its connected to the floor attachment! Also, Its heavy. I vacuumed 2000 sq ft. of different types of flooring to get a real feel for it. After 1500 it gets heavy. The Miele stick vac has a configuration option to lower the motor so the weight is near the floor. Its easier to push/pull weight than to hold it. To a small person like myself this makes a difference. Lastly; for some odd reason the handle gave me a small blister on the top of my thumb. I changed hands and it did the same on the other one. The square design of the handle area rubs the tops my thumbs. Bottom line: I would purchase it again. BUT, I wouldnt buy this as my only vacuum for more than 1500 sq feet. I have a Miele canister for the whole house. I use the Tineco for inbetween cleanings and spills. I also own the Miele Stick Vacuum for another location. This is better IMO. Hope this helps.

Well folks. I could be here saying thats the best in the world and bla bla bla. But no. This vacuum cleaner Tineco does the same exact thing the Dyson does. The difference is the price. Half of the price you can buy a Tineco S11 and you will be very happy. Dont forget to buy the accessory for the hard floor. The one that comes with is more for the carpets. So far I m very happy with him. Light weight and silent. I was about to buy the Dyson but thank God I didnt. My option made me very happy and I saved 350 dollars. Dont be afraid to buy it.

This is a great beautiful esthetically pleasing vacuum. Very convenient for a mother of 2 with 2 doggies. It picked up a whole bunch of nasty dirt and dust and hair that has probably been sitting in my living space since I moved in. It works great on carpets (shaggy ones too) and it is just so easy to go and vacuum effortlessly. The air even smells cleaner. The only reason why I took off a star was because of the battery life it does not last 40 min like Tineco advertises. I know that they sell extra batteries but I dont want to spend another $100 dollars on another battery. I have until January to decide if this is going to be a deal breaker for me.
