> 24 hourThis is a really nice stick vacuum. I got an extra battery but the battery life is really quite good as long as you dont use the max power mode too much. I really like the feature that shows how dirty an area is so you know where to put in the effort. We have a German Shepherd and Siberian Forest Cat and they are all-pro shedders. Tineco Pure does a great job keeping up with the hair. Using an attachment to clean one of the two provided filters is an ingenious way of thumping filters against the nearest trash can to dislodge dirt. Worth the money as long as it lasts a couple of years.

> 24 hourSlightly heavier than my previous very basic cordless vacuum, but much more performant. Pleasing to use. A nice choice of attachments — I use a good number of them regularly. Good dock. After a few months the battery developed a defect. I registered the vacuum on Tinecos web site (the hardest thing is finding the serial number — its not the number on the battery, but rather a sticker inside the vacuum, that you can only see once you remove the dust container!). Anyhow, after registering, I sent a short video (under 20 seconds) showing the problem (the battery blinking red and not charging), and Tineco shipped me a new battery (arrived in 2-3 days), no questions asked.

> 24 hourI have a pet salon , this is a Middle -High price product , and worth the price working pretty good with the Anti tangle brush head so far , i have no complain abt this product except the front two tiny wheels got stuck from the pet hair in the first day , which little disappointed since this product is made for pet hair users ~ , i think i have the point . i hope the company can give me advice here how to take the tiny wheels out and clean it , maybe over and over again , not sure if that helpful for long term but i would like to get help to remove the hair first .

> 24 hourWe had cheap vacumes that did not seem to do the job. This one is a bit more expensive but not too expensive. I really did my homework and we are happy with this unit for pets. no tangling on roller and messages and filter cleaning capability. Very high tech and vacumes well up to baseboards real good.

> 24 hourThis review is for Tineco Pure ONE S11 Tango which is difficult to find as the listings/names keep changing (today the word Tango is left out but I got the soft roller as well as the brush head for carpet) Im happy with the look, the feel of the build quality, and basic performance. I have not yet used the app, not sure I will. I am comparing it to the Simplicity S65 which Ive had for over 2 years so here are the differences, most of which are negative: 1) The tube is shorter than the S65 and even though I am only 55 tall it feels too short for me. 2) To turn it on and leave it on requires 2 hands - you have to pull the trigger and while HOLDING THE TRIGGER you must use your other hand to move a switch to lock the trigger. This is stupid. The trigger should be a toggle. That locking switch feels a little flimsy to me. 3) The button to open the dustbin feels flimsy. At first I thought it wasnt working but you have to push it harder than you think you should and then it will release. 4) The filters seem like theyre going to be a pain. There are 2 filters - 1 metal, 1 cloth. There is actually a tool you attach to the vacuum to clean the filter. Dear God. No one wants to spend that much time on regular maintenance for a vacuum. If I cared that much about my air quality I wouldnt have pets. 5) The joint where the head attaches to the pole has a big elbow joint that doesnt allow you to reach low under furniture - the head pops a wheelie and loses contact with the floor unless you rotate the pole 90 degrees - another thing that slows you down and makes it less convenient than the S65. See photos. 6) The roller head seems better built than on the S65 - the strips on the edges that protect your floor appear to be better quality - maybe they wont come off & have to be glued back on repeatedly like on my S65. Lesson I learned is never to use the hard floor roller on carpet or rugs - that will pull those strips off. 7) The vacuum came with a wall mount but a lot of people may not want to use that - if they rent they may not be allowed to make holes in their walls so a floor mount should be an option. I havent mounted mine yet and may not. You can make it work in the floor, but not as easy to get the unit snapped in the charger as on the S65. 8) The mini-brush head has a very gentle brush that it says is for cleaning upholstered furniture or mattresses. The brush is so gentle you could vacuum a babys face with it. I use that small size head to vacuum a carpeted staircase so was very disappointed - this wont be able to do that effectively. Ill keep using the S65 for that job. 9) Have not used it yet, but the dusting tool also has brushes that are very short and not very many of them. I cant imagine this will be effective for cleaning anything. I bought this because I wanted 1 vac per floor of my house and also because these lithium batteries reportedly last less than 5 years so I expect my 2.5 year old S65 to stop working in the next 2-3 years. Consumer reports rated the Tineco Pure One as one of the best cordless vacs.

> 24 hourI’m in absolute love with this vacuum! It is so easy to use, it does an incredible job cleaning and I like that you can click a button and make it go into max mode for those high traffic areas. We have two dogs that shed a lot and the head light helps illuminate the dirt, dust and hair on the floor so you can make sure you get it all. The only down sides is the trash container is small and with two dogs that means a few extra trips to the trash to empty it. But thankfully it’s super easy to empty. Also that handle is a little heavy because of the battery and trash canister but it’s still lighter than our Kirby.

> 24 hourIt works well. Quiet, suitable for a 4Br house for spot cleaning. Still, you need a Swiffer to clean tight areas.

> 24 hourThis is my favorite vacuum ever. Upgraded from my Dyson V7. This one really doesnt get tangled in hair. It only clogs if I accidentally catch something bigger like a tissue. The light on the front helps me see how good of a job its doing, too. I really like the stand up charging station and the attachments and so on. The battery life is really good so far. Best vacuum Ive had!

> 24 hourThis is one of the best purchases Ive made in the past year. It is going to replace my Shark vacuum for almost everything I need. I wanted to avoid dragging a cord everywhere. I wanted a lightweight machine, easy charging and storage. I have a dog. It picks up her hair effortlessly from the floor and furniture. The swivel head on the large head make getting into awkward spaces. The low profile head make it easy to get under most furniture easy and moving chairs and sofa unnecessary except when you need a complete cleaning. I wish the dust bin were a bit larger, but it is easy to remove and clean. It wont do a whole house on a single charge, bit it will easily handle two rooms. Considering that Ill be using it for years paying a little more is well worth it.

> 24 hourIve had my Shark Rocket corded stick for about 4 years. As much as Ive loved it, I really wanted to upgrade to something cordless with better attachments. The design, packaging and quality all exceeded my expectations. For context, I have a very small house that usually takes 20 minutes to fully vacuum. Its all vinyl wood with three area rugs, two very low pile (washable) and one a longer shag length rug. I also have two dogs, short haired, that do shed, but their hair doesnt really stick to anything so its always been easy to vacuum. Cons: - poor suction, unable to pick up small crumbs just under the stove or fridge. - Battery did not seem to last as long as it should and took longer to charge than specified. - Carpet picky. Of my three area rugs, only one vacuumed up well and the vacuum seemed to make no progress on the others. - Difficult to disconnect the parts. Pros: - Good maneuverability. - Great array of attachments included - lightweight and sleek design - docking to charge was simple and the option for a spare battery was nice. Ultimately, I opted to return and try something else. Comparing this vacuum to the one Ive owned for 4+ years I felt like there had to be something better out there.
