> 24 hourThis was the easiest AC bracket I have ever installed (took me like maybe a minute or two), and my AC is definitely not going anywhere. Im totally inept when it comes to assembling anything, even with detailed instructions, so this bracket was such a pleasant surprise. Well worth the money.

> 24 hourSuper easy to set up. Read instructions, and it literally takes 5-10 minutes. It is very sturdy, and good quality. The reason I can’t give a good rating and my complaint is that for the price, why on earth would they leave the part where you put your AC with a glossy, very slippery surface?? Why not ad a gritty texture in the paint there, or ad a plastic slip proof surface, so when you are setting the AC on it, it isn’t susceptible to sliding around or even sliding off to possibly a long way down!? I was (an still am) shocked how slick and slippery it is and I want to shift my AC around and put more foam around our window to seal it better, and opening the window and moving it really does make me nervous, because of that huge design flaw.

> 24 hourAMAZING bracket. I have never owned one before now, but I cannot imagine there being a better product. No tools, assembles in under two minutes, lightweight but STRONG. It sits in the window, you adjust it to fit better and voila, the perfect platform for your A/C unit. The A/C unit slides onto it like a knife through warm butter. Is it expensive? Yes. Is it worth it? Every penny. Spend the money on quality and innovation.

> 24 hourVery easy to put the rack together, but our AC has a bulge at the bottom so had to angle it much lower to accommodate. The rack didnt allow for the weather stripping around our window to seal close completely. All said, its still a nice device to have which makes it easy and safee putting up the AC to the window.

> 24 hourFit great, supports our large ac. We did install a block of wood between the frame and the window, and did end up drilling two small holes for the wings but I didnt mind - worth it for the peace of mind.

> 24 hourI purchased two of these units for window mounted air conditioners. Assembly was simple and each fit the window opening fairly well. Due to the difference in window frames, perfect adjustment was a bit off but nothing that would cause me to not recommend the product. As we are in the Northwest, we only need air about 3 months a year so being able to remove the units and mounts during Winter is really important. These are great products that secure the window air conditioner without any need to drill holes in your house.

> 24 hourI had a nightmare time trying to install my 12000BTU AC in my condos window. The window is old and the sill is strange, and other brackets that required bolts just didnt line up properly. I decided to go with this one after reading the wirecutter review and wow did it do the trick. I simply installed the arms and the locking mechanisms and it fit just right. It turned a project I dreaded doing into something I found quite easy and fun. Would buy again.

> 24 hourPurchased this specific model because the window is visible from the street and we wanted to be able to remove the AC when no longer needed without leaving an ugly support in place. I think they designed it to support twice the weight of any model AC just in case. Incredibly sturdy and the pins allow for minute adjustment to ensure a perfect angle for your AC to drain. Only draw back is just how much more it costs than a standard model. Bit too much more. I would have continued to shop around but were out of time with company arriving.

> 24 hourHigh-quality product, making installation of window a/c really simple. Im using it for a 10k BTU Friedrich chill premier window a/c, its very sturdy and secured. Good overall, but theres one design flaw which is that a/c is installed level, and not slightly slanted towards the outside as recommended by the manufacturer. This happens because the brackets slot where the ACs bottom railing is sitting in is pushed out further from the window seal. Fortunately with my specific AC unit, this didnt cause any water to come into the house. Also, $90 is a bit pricey for a piece of metal bracket.

Very solid
> 24 hourProduct is very solid and fits really well into my window frame. Did slightly adjust where the AC lines up with my window so the lip doesn’t exactly align, and some air gaps increased, but that’s because I have an old style house where the side panels don’t line up with where the window slide open. Some rolled up towels were able to seal the gaps. Definitely feel much better about having my window AC above the front of the house, especially if we experience any big earthquakes, I feel like this will actually stay in the window now. Anyways, my product had a slight defect (defects happens even with the best product manufacture design), I reached out to customer service, and they sent me a replacement piece right away. Replacement piece works great. Would buy again.
