> 3 dayThis radio has already paid for itself. I bought it to monitor traffic conditions when driving the interstate. Only issue I have is when I park next to certain buildings I get a lot of interference. I solve that by simply turning it off until well away from the building. This radio has a very nice compact design which makes it a perfect fit where I mounted in my vehicle. Absolutely perfect for what I needed. Arrived in a timely manner

> 3 dayThis is a good, compact, sturdy radio. Got this for my new jeep after running Cobra 75s in my others for several years. Theres nothing wrong with the Cobras, I have a glowing review on here of them too I think. This time though space wasnt as big of a concern and I just dont use the extra features that much. Its still super-compact and fits nicely in a lot of nooks. Mine ended up above the rear-view mirror.

> 3 dayWhen Im traveling down lifes highway on a dark and stormy night, I dont want to worry about if my radio will work or not. I chose this radio because I wanted a cheaper option that would be reliable and last for years. So far, after about a year of use -- its still working great! Uniden has always been a great brand in the CB community, with performance probably a tad bit higher than the Cobras, etc. Although this model DOES NOT have an SWF meter, its small size was my main requirement -- so I used a portable SWF meter (also purchased from Amazon) to tune the radio and my Firestik antenna. No issues at all, and the truckers tell me they can hear me loud and clear when Im traveling down lifes highway!

> 3 dayI needed a CB radio in my work truck for yard communication, so I went with this. Ive been a truck driver for 24 years, so of course I have a big radio that has been modded, but those require fiddling to get them to work correctly. Now that Im doing local work, I just dont have time to mess around with it. This radio, with an 18 foot coax cable, and a basic Francis fiberglass whip antenna is simple, cheap, and works every time. No hassle at all.

Greater than one weekThis is a bare-bones radio, if you just need a radio to get the job done this is it.

> 3 dayI bought this with a decent sized antenna to be able to monitor highway chatter. The only time I was able to make out actual words was in a traffic jam with lots of trucks around. The noise interference was so bad I took it out of my truck at the end of the day. Its just not useable to hear or talk on while travelling on a highway.
