> 3 dayI was skeptical that the umbrella shielded the bearer from the sun such that it is cooler by 15 degrees under the umbrella. While I didn’t check with a thermometer, this certainly felt true. The umbrella blocks the sun very well and the only drawback is that it is so sturdily built it is almost too heavy and large to be a travel umbrella. I am planning on buying more.

> 3 dayCurrently I live in a place where we have sunny days all year round; hence, I carry this umbrella with me everywhere I go. I love it! It does its job, it keeps me protected from sun rays, and it looks great (I like pretty things). I like how it holds in the hand, but perhaps the weight could be a little less.

> 3 dayThe UV blocker umbrella is well constructed yet versatile. I take it on the golf course and it adds the protection I am looking for during the hot days in Florida.

> 3 dayGreat sun protection. Sturdy. Not the most beautiful accessory but that’s not what I got it for. I feel 5-10 degrees cooler under this than without in the sun

> 3 dayIt protects from the sun, plus it provides a much cooler shading, compared with other umbrellas.

> 3 dayI like the umbrella and its UV quality protection. The opening mechanism is fast and easy. The frame is very sturdy. It does protect very well against the sun. My only wish is that it was a little more compact to be able to fit in a bag or large purse. As it is is over a foot long when its closed and rather bulky.

> 3 dayBought 2. Used them at Disney World. NO SUNBURN. And I felt a little cooler when I used the umbrella. Now I keep one in the car for every-day use, as needed for sun and/or rain. I do wish the push-button would close the umbrella, but I can handle closing it the old-fashioned way. P.S. A few people have asked me about them, and where to buy them, including my parents. Its a good product.

> 3 dayI live in a desert climate and this umbrella has become a necessity. I use it on my walks, when Im at an outdoor events, and take it with me on vacation to sunny places. Have also used in tne rain and it works perfectly. Also, the temperature is lower when covered by this umbrella. Opens easily and is sturdy. It is a little heavier than a regular umbrella, but the benefits outweigh this. I have been using this umbrella for atleast two years and just bought a second as a gift for a sun-sensitive friend.

> 3 dayI think the first thing to mention is when you press the button to open it, it pops out with such a force it left my hand! Maybe because I wasnt expecting that. I found it heavy mainly because there isnt a good grasp. I found the handle is insufficient for the force and weight. I returned and ordered their model with a handle...not only is it a bit wider, but is lighter and far easier to handle. I like all the sun blocking attributes and think that company is the best.

> 3 dayThis is the absolute perfect umbrella for blocking out the sun. I take it everywhere and it has a nice cover with a shoulder strap for carrying indoors. The handle does not cramp up my hand when holding it on our long walks - talking 10K steps. I like the plastic covers on the metal spines, so there is no danger of poking anyone. People stop me all the time asking where I got this. This umbrella also handles well in the wind. We get a lot of sun here in Phoenix so I am looking forward to using it this summer. It is cooler under the umbrella too. I really like the fact that Im not wearing hats anymore - leaving me all sweaty with hat hair. I have used it every day since my purchase and it is now my constant outside companion.
