> 3 dayDont debate - dont get some cheap knockoff. Get the best. Its absolutely worth it. I ordered the VE10, which is technically a subcompact safe. I thought that that might mean that it wouldnt fit a full sized semiauto pistol. Totally incorrect. Fits the gun with a rail mounted light, 2 mags, and still some room to spare. Very impressed. Quality is excellent, keypad has no delay, after the last number is entered, the safe immediately releases. One note - when you first install the security cable, it will appear to impede the top lid from swinging open completely on its own. Not to worry - just push the cable down a little into the corner groove and leave the lid closed for a few hours - the cable will settle into place and then the lid will swing open perfectly. Absolutely a fantastic product - I trust this safe 100%, and when it comes to safely, theres no excuse to go cheap.

> 3 dayThis is a great fun safe. Fits hand fun and mags. The interior light is a nice touch. Being able to leave it plugged in at home is quite handy. This does not have a fingerprint reader. I did not want one since my last gun safe with a fingerprint reader was not reliable in reading my fingerprint.

> 3 dayThis is a quality bedside speed vault with all the features you actually need. Fingerprint sensors die or dont work reliably enough to stske your life on and this safe has no quirks to get in to it. Enter your code and it pops open instantly. The internal light is the icing on the cake. This is definitely the best lock box for your money, I cant imagine paying twice the price for a buggy fingerprint reader and Bluetooth (what good is that?!). Get this and be happy you did!

> 3 dayThis security safe is fine for its purpose. I like that it is fairly unobtrusive to sit on my nightstand. The code entry design is working well and is quiet, but the lid opening is louder than I prefer. The light can be turned off according personal preference. I have had no problem with the batteries requiring early recharging so far. This will keep others away from my weapon and allow me easy access. Sure, it could be picked up and stolen, but I can also easily take it with me for transport if I so desire. Seems pricey, but I couldt fine anything better for the money.
