> 3 dayGood build quality, had it for about 3yrs now. Took a while for me to understand how to use it. Sometimes when I try to enter the pin it beeps repeatedly and won’t let me enter more than 2 keys. Only fix I’ve been able to use is holding 5 to check the battery life. Only after that can I enter my pin to open the safe. Otherwise fairly reliable, I keep the key near by just in case

> 3 dayThe VE20 has a slightly larger interior overall than the VE10. Full size pistols fit best in the VE20. Its a nice smooth operating and sturdy safe with good padding, dual latches and 2 interior holes to screw/bolt down. Its not made in USA, does not come with an AC Charger and the VE20 would have been best to have a 0-6 key pad for the price point! This is where I give the VE20 4 Stars. Overall, I gave the VE20 a 5 Star review for quality and function. Ill see how it holds up in the long run.

> 3 dayThe safe itself was in great shape and looked brand new. All of the hardware, keys, manual etc. were packaged correctly. One thing that was weired was the hard styrofoam casing had a big chunk ripped away from it. Like my dog had spent 5 minutes with it. But its a nice product.
