> 3 dayGreat safe and a decent mid range price. Easy to set up tho picking a code with only 1-5 was a bit tricky-would be easier if the numbers printed were like 1/6, 2/7, 3/8, 4/9, 5/0 or something. I originally was going to go bigger with the fingerprint reader but this works out well for now. The only con I have about it is that you can’t be a ninja using it. Super loud beep, clang of the door, click of the unlock, super bright light coming from one source. Would be cooler if the unlock was quieter and the light was red lightning that surrounded the gun as you don’t need anything that bright in the dark. Also because of the one source or light it doesn’t illuminate the contents when you have a full sized pistol in there because the pistol blocks the light. All in all with the cons I’m happy with it and hope I never have a situation where I need to put it into use. Shown with my full sized Glock 22 (0.40cal)

Greater than one weekI dont trust the reliability of biometric boxes when I need it opened or to keep other fingers from opening it, but still wanted to avoid having to use a key. This box is perfectly suited for my needs. The beep sounds can be turned off. The led inside the box is more than ideal. The number keys light up with the slightest touch in case your in a dark room. On top of this, the box is sturdy, weighs just the right amount, and provides you with 2 methods for securing it to another object. A nice touch is being able to see if its been tampered with and check the battery status. Also a side tip, you can replace the lithium battery with one that has more storage capacity, increasing the amount of time before you have to charge it again.

> 3 dayLike others, after many reviews, I ended up selecting the VE10 for its overall secure design; includes a rechargeable battery and steel cable. Well built, the keypad works well and the internal light comes in handy at night. I like the option (via the keypad) to disable features (like disabling the beeps). I can fit a Sig P365 and 3 clips easily inside. Only addition I would like would be another layer of foam padding...my P365 moves around if I carry to the car.

> 3 dayI bought this safe because it has a slim design and has a rechargeable battery. It fits my M&P shield m2 with an extra clip and box of ammo. It has a couple of extra figures that you need to read the instruction book for. Worth every penny.
