I bought his heating pad for a 10 gal hermit crab habitat. It couldnt ever bring the temp up to where I set it so I moved it to my 5 gal crabitat... it cant keep it up to temp either. Very very disappointed. But the adhesive is good and didnt leave any residue when I switched it to the smaller tank.

Maybe it’s just me but figuring out the temp control system is like doing my daughters middle school math. I’m at a loss....... I somehow got a good temp going ( no idea how) and kept it there. Other than that, works great

The worst part about caring for reptiles is the constant need to replace cheaply made heating and lighting products sold by the big pet store brands. THIS HEATING PAD IS STILL GOING STRONG! Jake the snake says it is warm and it still works so were both happy with it.

It’s very easy to adjust the temperature and the heat pad keeps it’s temperature quite consistently. Also this package is a much better deal than buying a temperature controller and heat pad separately.

My geckos love it. The female will go over and lay right up next to it for hours and hours, the male doesn’t use it as much but she loves it.

Perfect for the corner of a 20gal aquarium tank where our mouses nest is. Heat flows up from the pad, which sticks JUST inside the bottom of the tank. We also put on a timer so she doesnt roast herself.

I use an ink bird thermostat set to 90 for my ball python and it never gets over 79 and its the exact same size as the reptitherm it replaced that was always able to maintain temperature. Do not waste your money on this crappy product because you will have to buy another quality heat mat and waste your time returning this piece of junk.
