Im absolutely in love with this board! I was a little skeptical at first because of the cheap price and those few reviews the warn you not to be fooled by the positive reviews, but I took a chance and bought it anyway. Ive seen some reviews about how this board breaks during trick attempts, but that doesnt affect me because I just like to cruise around anyway. Ive only had it 3 days and have ridden about 5 miles so far, and it seems to be holding up just fine. I originally bought a Kryptonics board because of the price, but I soon realized that was a mistake because the ride was too stiff and when i loosened the trucks it just made the whole ride feel unsafe. Thats not a problem with this board, I rode it straight out of the box and havent looked back since. If youre debating on which board to buy then stop debating and buy this one. You wont regret it.

This is my second board that I own, with my first being a Kryptonics longboard. By no means am I a pro at skateboarding, but I do use these to commute around campus. Here are some things Ive noticed about this board during my week or so of use: Pros: 1. This thing turns very easily. For such a long board, the turn radius is pretty acceptable, and I can hit pretty bendy sidewalks with sometimes up to 110 degree angle turns with good speed without having to pick up the board and adjust. 2. The deck is pretty durable, and pretty to look at. Mine came as pictured (I got the summer version which looks like the spring version of the board, with the blue graphic). Im 220 lbs and this board holds me with a little flex. It hardly becomes noticeable after some use. The flex and large wheels make this a great ride if youre looking for comfort. It goes over large cracks, rocks, and gravel with ease. 3. The grip tape at the top of this board is pretty grippy. So much so, in fact, that it abraded some of the sole of my red Adidas sneakers, leaving a mark. I dont really consider that a bad thing. Id rather be solid on this board than slip off and crack my head open. 4. Its a relatively lightweight board for its size. Please consider the size when buying. Strapping this to a backpack isnt exactly efficient, and this thing can hardly stand on its own against a wall (at least tile or smooth surfaces) without falling over. For its length, it is a light board that is easy to carry one-handed, though. Cons: 1. As I mentioned, this thing turns really well. So much so that I had to tighten the trucks to keep myself from falling off this thing when pushing, since the deck has a lot of tilt with pressure straight out of the box. I noticed, however, that no matter how hard I tightened the truck, there was still a good amount of give to the truck. Even tightened all the way, this thing isnt 100% solid, and your deck will tilt no matter what. If I tightened the trucks on my Kryptonics board, it wouldnt flex at all and would be very difficult to turn, but would be extremely solid and easy to ride in straight lines. Also, if you tighten the trucks all the way, or even close to it, youll notice the wheels become off-balanced and one or two of the wheels will be off the ground even when laying flat on the ground without weight on it. 2. The bearings straight out of the box arent amazing, but they definitely are useable. With a couple of solid pushes on flat sidewalk with the usual gaps you can generally cruise around 10 yards before having to push again. I am, however, a heavier person to be riding (again, 220lbs), and that could certainly affect my ability to cruise for longer distances. Overall, Id say this is a very reasonable entry-level board thats priced well and is overall well constructed. The deck is beautiful and lightweight, but the trucks and bearings could use switching out. Just getting a cheap set of Reds bearings on this would certainly make this a very good commuter board, and for the price of this board and a set of Reds, its an extremely good deal. Id recommend this board. Just be sure to have your balance figured out or have a good, flat place to practice. The trucks dont tighten very well, and could cause some people a little more frustration. Im not sure if the trucks are made of metal. Im almost under the impression that they arent, but if they arent, theyre certainly made of a high-quality material. Ive yet to have too many problems other than them not tightening well.

I wouldnt call myself an expert longboard by any means but I know my way around a board. Getting back into the longboard scene was kind of a wrestle for me. After all its been 15 years and Im in my 30s now. Nevertheless I did a few days of research for myself and my girlfriend. After what felt like enough consideration she got a retrospec drop deck, and I got this Volador. I wanted the maneuverability of a from through and it certainly delivered in that aspect. just out of the box I noticed how much give the board had and it made me a little nervous, but I chalked it up two or more flexible durability and assumed I was ready to go. I rode the board moderately heavily around for around three days. after day one I could hear a distinct rattle in one of my rear bearings which was kind of disappointing but I guess you shouldnt have very high expectations for stock bearings. After day 3 Im riding home and I take a look down the board. It was completely warped. (Photos) Now maybe I expected too much of this board for weight limits. Im 62 and hover around 225-230lbs. all the reviews that I read for the board however made me feel like I was good to go, and to be honest, Ive ridden a lot of different boards and Ive never seen one warp like this. So I guess if youre a light to medium weight rider this is a pretty good board. Seems to have good speed and maneuverability about it and obviously wont break the bank, but if your concern is the durability of it under weight, I suggest looking elsewhere.

Pretty pleased with this longboard overall. The deck is a little stiff but not bad. The wheels it comes with are decent. I’ve rolled over quite a bit of pebbles and twigs with no really issues. My only complaint is that the bearings did not last long at all. Two of them have already gone bad in just a little over a month so those already need to be replaced. Other than that I’d say it was worth the money.

This is my first board Ive purchased for myself. Im really liking the experience of boarding down a huge hill even though Ive fallen from death wobbles a couple times. My friends have loosened the trucks for me noting that Im about 133 lbs and not heavy. Also, having shorter legs at 52, the length of this board gives me ample room to have a comfortable wide stance when riding. Others that are taller than me and range in weights from 165-220 have said: -They would replace the trucks -The board itself is too bendy for them due to their weight -The bearings are uneven (or something like that... I dont remember) Overall, this board is a great fit for me as a lighter weight person and a beginner!

I got this board for myself as a beginner long-boarder. I love the board but the graphic on the bottom is a bit more pixelated than shown. Doesn’t take away from the performance of the board though

when it first arrived and i opened it for the first time i thought oh no this may have been too big and maybe it wouldve been better if i have gotten the penny nickel 27 inch board or a regular skateboard 31 inch and that i should just return it. so i tried to just hop on it inside my house and gave it a shot, boy was i wrong. this board was freaking awesome!!! i dont know if it was because this is my first time riding a skateboard in general and the adrenaline just kicked in but what i can definitely say about this board it is definitely smooth and comfortable. there was and is no way i can return it as i grown to love it within the past 2 hours (haha) this is definitely a great board ^_______^ i bought this board along with a 21 inch board for my friend as me and her plan on skating for the first time this winter break :)

    Greater than one week

The board arrived on time, just like the seller had promised. One wheel was not a smooth as the other 3, but it was an easy fix - just ride the board as is. A youtuber had mentioned that sometimes new boards are not smooth straight out of the box but loosen/get better with a few runs around the block. I have ridden my board for atleast an hour for 3 days now and its so smooth. Since l have ridden any other board before, l cannot offer comparisons. I just wonder what an expert level board feels like in comparison to this entry-level board which has already blown my mind. I am 35 and have never skated before and after reading reviews and watching a lot of youtube videos, l made the decision to get the VOLADOR 42inch Freeride Longboard cruiser. I have had no skating experience whatsoever, but getting on this board has rewarded me with such amazing pleasure - child like pleasure, totally displacing the fear of falling l had.

Having said that this is a great intro board, The bearings are absolute trash. Pick up some bones reds or super reds to make your pushing life a hell of a lot easier. Other than the bearings, high quality and a ton of fun to ride!
