First time skating, so I really cannot compare this to any other board, but as a product in general its not a bad buy for $70 (The price has changed daily since I had bought it). I actually received two of these boards, because the first one was unfase to ride as one of the wheels would not stay on. Normally this would be an easy fix, as I should be able to just tighten the nut that keeps the wheel in place, however there was some problem with the wheel or the truck that would not allow the nut to be secured. They sent me a replacement board after a day or two of negotiation. It must be noted that both packages were in pretty bad shape, with the second package looking as if it had been opened mid transit. The product itself is simple, and the design is great. It comes covered in a plastic bag, and has plastic wrap around the deck. The problem with this, is the wrap is difficult to remove around the trucks, as it was put on the deck before the trucks were fastened. It came pretty loose, but a couple turns with a skate tool fixed that, as the trucks had standard sized nuts. Great product, alright company.

I like it. Im used to skateboards but not much in a long board. If you buy a built deck that you don’t get to configure then you’ll want to replace the trucks, bearings and wheels with a better set eventually or depending on your preference. I enjoy a smoother ride so I’ll be upgrading. But $70 for everything, even if the only thing included was the deck, is cheap. I can see how a lot of boards came damaged at the time of delivery since Amazon didn’t put any packing material in the box at all. The bird was getting thrown around in there. I have a tiny piece of grip tape that’s a little damaged, but that’ll happen when using the board anyway. Eventually all grip tape needs to be replaced. This is a great starter board though, that you can upgrade as needed. I’m about 127 lbs, so buying a board isn’t really a worry for me, if you’re taller, heavier or more muscular however I’d recommend going to a skate shop or an online retailer with stronger boards. I figure I’ll have this board for about 1-2 years before it would need replacing.

I absolutely love this product. I’ll definitely purchase from this brand again. This was my first longboard, and I’m learning how to skate with a group of people. Those helping me learn, jokingly take my board and use it due to how smoothly it rides. It’s easy to pick up speed, and the wheels are good quality too. 10/10 would recommend

I was not given a discount or a free board for this review. Im new to long boarding and have never really rode except for a Ripstick, but who counts that? The board is flexible but not to the point that it will snap like the other board have. In my opinion it will only snap if youre messing around or pushing its limits. All around though I love it and recommend it to anyone that is also new to long boarding. Ps the bearings are really nice for their price. UPDATE: I had been riding my friends board and felt so good about the board I wrote a review after I ordered my board. Ive changed the review because I ordered mine but it came in blue when I clearly ordered green. Two colors hard to mix up. I was super excited when I got it but as soon as I saw the blue almost all the hype went away. But other than that awesome board. Last the grip tape is not mirrored and so I have to flip the board to show the other side. My friends grip tape and back decal do line up how they should. Ps I dont plan on returning it because I love the board that much.

A beauty of a board for a great price. The Volador showed up quickly, boxed in cardboard with some paper padding. Unlike some other reviewers that complained of shrink wrap embedded in the trucks, mine had no such issues. Thanks for listening to reviewers! The packaging method still allowed for it to shift in the box and there was a slight paint crack on one side, presumably from shipping. No big deal in this instance, since I’m not too concerned about it staying pristine. It is meant to be used, after all, but others might not be so lucky with transportation handling. Add a little foam on each end and it’ll go a long way to protecting during shipping. I’m new to long boarding, and only had a little experience as a kid with on a 1990s skateboard. This is a vast improvement. It was easy to balance and carve. I’m 160Ib and it handled my weight just fine. My 85Ib kid had a harder time steering. The board feels good and the trucks seem sturdy. After a couple rides the bushings really loosened up/broke in, so I had to tighten them up. No sign that the nuts or bolts are loosening, though. The bearings are ok. A couple of the bearings are making some noise after an hour of riding, which indicates they might not last all too long. Spacers are sized appropriately. Wheels are plenty soft for asphalt roads and cracks. Overall I’m definitely satisfied with the product. It’s getting me and my boys out of the house and around the neighborhood.

Having said that this is a great intro board, The bearings are absolute trash. Pick up some bones reds or super reds to make your pushing life a hell of a lot easier. Other than the bearings, high quality and a ton of fun to ride!

My 10 year old bought this for her first longboard. Overall it’s pretty good, but had to mark it down a star because 1 wheel had a 1/4” chunk taken out of it but it’s in the sidewall so no effect on the ride and I highly doubt these are abec7 bearings. Other daughters more expensive boards have ABEC 7 and these ones are not as smooth. It’s fine for a 10 year old learner and maybe the lesser bearing keeps her a bit slower anyway. Didn’t contact the seller cause not worth getting a new board since she will bang it up anyway and she likes it. For the money and a learner it’s a good board to buy.

Good board for a beginner such as myself it maneuvers very easily. Super easy to turn and rides actually pretty smooth. It is a little flimsy but hey for the price it’s good
