Wish it was 2 inches shorter to fit better in window . It is as described and I really like the way it works!

Because the 4th video states they installed their fan vertically the instructions warn you not to do it. Because that video showed it vertically, I purchased this item. Now I have to go thru the trouble of taking it to a UPS store 45 miles away to return it!!! Otherwise, I believe it would have been a great fan!!!

Not the greatest breeze but definitely cools down around I have a 36-in window so the fact that it comes with fittings to go up to 40 in was great My room is never been so cool

I grabbed this after being interested in the smaller design and good reviews, as my Holmes dual window fan was old and falling apart, literally. However.. I am not that impressed with this. It was a pain to install, and I am waiting for it to eventually fall out of the window.. but DISCLAIMER... I live in a historic building in San Francisco, so I have old windows... is no slot for the fan to fit in., is just the wooden window ledge, and thats it.. drops right down to the exterior concrete ledge, Also, the bottom of the window isnt flat, it is angled for some reason, so it doesnt clamp down. I assume anyone with modern windows wont have an issue at all with this. It is a bit louder than I had expected, especially while on exhaust, it is actually a bit louder than my Holmes dual-window fan, as it makes like a rubbing type of sound when running, though it might go away...it is quiet, but enough to annoy me. I do voice-over and narration, so one of the selling points of this was being able to run it while recording, which I cant do with my current fan. I dont know if it will get picked up or not by my mic yet. The lowest fan speed also seems too strong. However, this is most likely from being used to the dual-fan, but the lowest setting on this fan is equal to the high setting on my holmes, so getting hit with a lot more air than used to.. which I am sure will be great in summer, but right now, I wish I could just turn the speed down a bit more. WHile exhaust is an option, it is a lot louder, and I assume that is from air blowing off the window ledge, as I have very long ledges. The temperature control is very accurate. As far as Alexa, it wouldnt sync via the barcode, had to hold down the power button until the light flashed, then it found it and connected, but since, it just says device unresponsive. I reset the fan (power and fan direction for 6 seconds) and connected it back to Alexa, which worked again, but then it right away went back to device unresponsive...

I really like this compact window fan. Fits nicely in my bedroom window, easy installation & instructions. Presently, it’s 80° at 11:45am, and the fan is quietly, blowing in a comfortable cool breeze at the highest (4) setting. My bedroom is size 14’ by 16’ and it’s very cool. The cord will fits underneath in a groove. Nice alternative for an air conditioner between seasons. Pleasantly surprised & very pleased with it. Thinking about ordering another one.

I purchased this fan to replace a cheaper one that didn’t even live for a year. This one is so much better! It is a little loud when on full blast, but if you just want some air circulation, it’s not bad at all. I have tested the temperature control, it worked as intended. The fan looks good, works well. Can’t complain about anything.

small studio apartment now has amazing airflow due to this fan. both modes work well. this is not a replacement for an AC or a powerful fan. but it changed the air in my apartment and i just feel fresher with this thing running . but knowing how powerful it is which isnt much , this may not have desired effect in a larger enviroment.

Very happy with the product and this purchase. Low noise levels and air output is fine. Fits perfectly in my window using included blocks. Absolutely no complaints. I have double hung windows and use a window wedge to ensure the fan and blocks are nice, snug and secure.

I ordered this fan to remove odors from my apt. It has a great exhaust and input. I really love the remote as well. The only thing I am not happy is the fan fitting the window. I had to rig other pieces to get a tight fit even with the included foam pieces. They did not stay in place. Everything is good now and it is a permanent fixture in my window.

This is half an inch too wide for my windows which I realize is not a flaw exactly but... why? Even 12,000 BTU air conditioners usually top out at 24” wide but this little fan is 26. Many pre-war homes have smaller windows so theyre leaving out a lot of potential customers. I ended up buying the Sharper Image one but their newer model is also 26” so I guess Im out of luck if and when it breaks.
