Not much to say about this other than it does what youd expect any external hard drive to do, it stores data. Overall I like the size of it, no bigger than a small book which means its portable and wont take up a lot of space on your desk. My only complaint about it is that it can get a little loud when its writing to the hard drive or pulling data from the hard drive for a game, it has a built in fan which contributes to the noise but also help to keep the hard drive cool and reduce the risk of it overheating. If I ever needed another external hard drive I would probably buy this one again, for the price its a pretty solid value

Loads of storage, decent speed, not very loud, and fairly unobtrusive at a pretty good price point.

If youre in the market for a new hard drive, look no further! This one is a real speed demon, recording like lightning and leaving all your data storage needs in the dust. Plus, its as quiet as a mouse, so you wont even know its there (unless youre trying to find it in a pile of cords, in which case good luck). Installation is a breeze, even for tech novices. The only downside is that were not sure how durable it is yet, but so far its been running like a champ. So, just like a racehorse, this hard drive is fast, reliable and easy to handle. All you have to do is give it a good name and hope for the best.

I was quite happy with the first two I purchased a couple of years ago, so I recently snapped up a third 8TB WD Elements drive. They work great and have had no operational issues with storing and retrieving data. While they are advertised as portable, I do not recommend you unplugging the USB cable from the drive. Why? Well at one point I thought one of my drives had died, but it turned out to be from repeated plugging & unplugging of the cable. I find this to be a good drive with plenty of storage space for the dollar, and Ive not had any of the issues that sometimes crop up on larger drives.
