> 3 dayIts early into the use but, so far, so good. Easy install and seems to be very efficient in the job its doing. This replaced a two year run with Kaspersky. The Webroot appears to have a much better coverage of safety built-in without the bog-down of other programs Ive used.... especially McAfee... a real memory hog. Im still examining much that Webroot does that Ive yet to employ. As far as Im concerned.... Great Product!! and fairly priced.

> 3 dayInstallation wasnt as easy as the first one from 2016. Example: I purchased the 2017. After inserting the cd there should be a pop-up or window that open up but it did not, due to that it took me an extra 15 NY minutes to complete the set up. I clicked on the Webroot icon on my desktop, went to my account which I created last year and theres an option for enter new serial code (solved) The Webroot instructions says otherwise.

> 3 dayWhen i bought my last laptop I bought this for anti-virus. Much to my surprise the PC came with two years free anti virus. When it expired i opened the webroot box and tried to install it. They said the keycode expired. Keycodes should not expire. It took two weeks and many e mails to finally get it to work. Even if i had used it right away,,, the support was not as good as it should be

Greater than one weekI installed this on my laptop because I was having so much trouble playing words with friends on facebook. It turns out the problem was all the ads from facebook. I installed an ad blocker and that solved my problem. Anyway, the software seems to be working OK, but I didnt have any virus or malware so I dont know just how well it works if you need to remove a virus or malware.

> 3 dayI like this product because it doesnt take your computer over when you install it. It has a small footprint, but does a great job. I use it on all my devices and have installed it on my in-laws computers as well. I definitely recommend. I tend to search the web when it is time to renew. I find I get better prices from other vendors than I find on the Webroot website.

> 3 dayWas one day before I was due to “renew” my subscription. Had already ordered disc at good savings over online cost. Went to auto install and kept bringing up “renew” now screen. Plus it knocked off my one day saying I had no protection. After uninstalling original, install went smoothly.

> 3 dayIve had no problems using this software for anti-virus protection. Some small problems installing new version. It is curious/odd that its more economical to purchase new disc than upgrade from the manufacturer.

Greater than one weekI am pleased with the product I have been using this for over ten years. When I purchased the product again I was unhappy that I had to wait for a cd which was not necessary all I needed was the product keycode which they had sent me in the past via an email.

> 3 dayI think its a good product from all the testing that was done on it, but it doesnt block some of the sites that malwarebytes used to shut down, so Im unsure about that. I have not had an infection since installing the product and the scan time is pretty fast at under 3 minutes.

> 3 dayI have used Webroot going on five years, have had no problems except when their password manager bombed. I no longer use the password manager, all is good
