> 3 dayCheap and works well I have 6 or 7 computers using this product. I find it on sale at Frys all the time for 10 to 15 bucks for 5 user license. The best thing is how quick it starts up in windows. Norton used to take 2 to 5 minutes to start when I booted into windows 7, this Webroot takes less than a minute. Kept virus clear for over a year and a half on all my comp. Forget about support - took a week to get back to me. I wanted to report a bogus website (someone cloned PAYPAL and nailed me) they have no where to report dangerous websites. Other than that I hope to keep buying it every year ( dont ever renew your subscription with any firewall software they will screw you royal).

> 3 dayFirst I liked the price--upgraded to best package for a lot less than webroot would renew the package I had been using. Webroot offended me with their aggressive renew threats where they tried to force me to renew or uninstall before my subscription was out. It was relatively easy to uninstall and install new program on win7 and even easier on win10.

> 3 dayHave used this program for several years for 2 laptops, a table, and 2 Android phones. Have been very happy with the protection- as best I can tell, have had no security issues on those devices while running this program. When it was time to renew the license, I purchased a new copy from Amazon; entering the new keycode in the program made for a quick and easy update. We had one minor glitch with the order: there are several versions of this program, and we received the wrong one (a lower level of protection and only for 3 devices.). Given the very similar packaging and the number of items Amazon ships, this may happen occasionally. Amazon made the return quick and easy; we downloaded and printed the UPS return label from the Amazon site. Within 3 hours of dropping the returned program off at a local UPS store, Amazon had issued our refund. I had already purchased another copy of the program, and the correct one arrived within 48 hours via free Prime shipping. All in all, a very satisfactory experience.

Greater than one weekRuns a very fast and thorough scan on my laptop and was easy to install. Alerts me when I could have a potential problem. And I havent gotten calls from a woman named Doris with a heavy foreign accent that tells me I have a problem with my laptop and she will have it fixed online for only $79.99.....

> 3 dayThere is only great things to say about Webroot. I have used Webroot for many years and I have been more than pleased with their product. I have never had any problems with their software and/or having anything get through their defense system. I will never use anything else but Webroot, there is no need to use anything else. It catches everything and is so simple to use. Install it, schedule the time to scan and you are done. Great product.

Greater than one weekIve used more security programs in the past 15 years than I care to count. Among those that Ive used are Norton, McAfee, Comodo, Kaspersky, AVG, TrendMicro, and Panda. From an IT standpoint all the way to the end user experience, I havent used anything as good as Webroot. Webroot stood out to me because it is a cloud based product. There arent huge virus definition files to update that constantly slow down your computer. The scans are fast. Even on older systems, it can run a scan without you ever noticing a drop in performance. Its an incredibly light program, and certainly not a resource hog like other AV programs seem to always be. Ive never gotten a false positive from the program, and in the 2 years Ive been running it, I havent been infected once. My favorite thing about Webroot? Its an American company, and I love to support America. Most major AV software brands are based overseas. Give it a try - it will most likely be the last AV you ever buy.

> 3 dayI love the Webroot product overall. It would def get a 5 except that customer service cant get it working on my iPhone. Also, because I have more than 5 devices it wont integrate into a single account. Not happy about that and wish that all subscriptions could be on one dashboard. But this product does not slow my computer down and does a good job of protecting it. Plus it doesnt try to constantly download other products. For that even though this is a 4 for some things that we cant get working I must say that as a security product it is AMAZING!

> 3 dayThis product has worked well for me for the past year. It is easy to install and covers up to 5 devices. I use it on my cell phone and it provides excellent security as well as internet protection. It doesnt require much space and self updates. All this is done in the background while you are performing other tasks. It is reasonable the first time installed, however, if you renew the 2nd year the price doubles! I chose to repurchase the download again and reinstall the product. Difficult to do, but it works. My bank also recommended it. I hope this has been helpful.

07-06-2025Super value - Webroot wanted $49 to renew my service. I let it expire, bought this version, deleted the old one, and voila - - works perfectly. What Webroot doesnt want you to know is that this program is automatically updated VIA the cloud, hence you always have the latest version. Shopping around does pay, and Amazon once again comes through. (Same thing happened last year; Webroot wanted $39 to renew, bought it here for $19.) Many software security programs (i.e. Iolo System Mechanic) allow you to renew at a nominal fee - - like $14.95, but for some reason Webroot wants to take you to the cleaners! Must be a lot of commissioned salespeople in that company . . . .!

> 3 day(Update Below) Wish I saw this on youtube before I bought this program. Web-Root Secure Anywhere Review (Removal & Zero-Day) by DehHaxor4evr. It was easy to install. It found about 150 problems/viruses/malware on my computer after the Iolo Mechanic Pro. (We dont use the Iolo for virus, but maintain the computer in other ways, but we ran it first and it only found 7 viruses). After we saw the review video above on Webroot. we found out about Malware-bytes. We bought it, and it arrived on same day that web root did. After web root ran the computer, Malware-bytes found almost 600 malware/virus/problems. This was right after webroot, and it was installed. We left web root on the computer, due to Malware-byte runs with other virus programs. Figure already bought it, and cant hurt to have two programs protecting the computer. But we probably wont renew it when the year runs out. Renewal time. They want $79 for first year of renewal, and $50 for 2nd year. If you contact them on their web site it states must accept Cookies a security program that wants cookies be allowed. It did allow my note be submitted w/o allowing the cookies. But why ask? We will be deleting this program, and keeping Malwarebytes, which is a much better program. Several times a day this program has been putting up Need to renew soon links on the screen. Bye Bye program. Removing soon. We changed it from 2 star to 1 star. I had sent an email to them to find out why no deal for renewal for loyal customers. Got a Reply (That I could not reply to) that said the email was a system automatic and it did not know of deals, and need to call to get a deal. This is hoping most customers will just pay the price, next it was not an email, but the program itself giving a link, then ph calls to get a deal? That is Phishing in a way to get you to call and get a hard sell. This is the first software company that does not give a proper link to a good deal for renewal in the last couple years of programs that I have updated. Malwarebytes was 1/2 price for renewal, and does everything and more than this program does, and Malwarebytes is not identified by this program as a 2nd security program.
