Been using Western Digital Hard Drives for many years. My 10 yr. old Grandson wanted 500GB of Space for his Play Station 3 as a Birthday Present. I did some shopping around and price comparison finally purchasing this one. One of the big sellers is that it says on the Amazon Advertisement that this drive is for PS3 Systems.

Ps4 games digitally take up too much space. Never go digital with 500 gb.

I was skeptical trying it but it works great.. my ps4 hdd crashed and needed to replace it so i downloaded the ps4 software feom the website. Put this in and did what the screen said and booom it worked.. i boight the 500gb because i only play call of duty ww2.

It doesnt work for a ps3 fatback it works for the super slim only
