WISEBOT Mini Smart Plugs, Alexa and Google Home Compatible, Surge Protection, Timer, ETL FCC Listed, 4-Pack

“Offline” ALL THE TIME. Not sure why.

I received my 4 WP3 smart plugs and attempted to pair them. I first used the automatic pairing, but the process timed out before the pairing was successful. I then tried to add them manually with similar result. I googled the problem (apparently its not uncommon). The FAQ said to test my internet speed which I did and it was found to be acceptable. I was instructed to reset the device by pressing the on/off button for 10 seconds to make sure the light turned green. I pressed it for 10, 20 and 30 seconds and couldnt get it to turn green. I have attempted to contact customer service. The phone lines are only open Mon-Fri from 9-5 (very convenient for the customer!). I have sent an email outlining the issue. If I do not receive a response by the next business day, I will be returning the product as defective. This is pretty abysmal performance for something out of the box.

Works perfect

The first plug died after 3 months of use, so I replaced it with the 2nd one that came in the pack. Then it died after 3 months of use. Even while they were working, from time to time they would stop working and I would have to reset them. Setting them up in the first place was very convoluted and difficult. I also have an Amazon plug and Ive never had to reset it once over two years. I now just purchased the Kasa Smart Plug HS103P2 to replace these broken plugs. Their installation was equally convoluted and difficult. However they are working. Time will tell if these Kasa plugs are any better.

Junk. They eventually all failed.

Did everything I asked for and exceptional value

If it is this hard to get Alexa to recognize devices that are connected to devices; are light devices or not? If not then these are useless. They go back,

Easy to set up with Smartlife app and program.

I like that I can control them with alexa

Easy to configure and compatible with Alexa and Google. Should take care to connect only the rate current.
