> 3 dayEz to program and add to app. They are big enough around they prevent you from using the 2nd outlet. Simple issue that should had been addressed in the design phase. Just off set the prongs to top or bottom. IDK why some have an issue with on-off indicator it works fine on my android smart life app.

> 3 dayWe have purchased a number of these smart plugs from another company that are compatible with the Smart Life app. As these were also compatible with the same app, we purchased them. They are absolute failures in two regards: (1) They do not show you on the app whether the light is turned on or off. Given that we value these smart lights most especially when we are on vacation or traveling, having to select every single light in the house to determine whether it is on or off is extremely tedious and annoying. As you can see in the attached photo (this product in the top left corner), other products allow you to see from a simple view of the app whether the light is on or off. This product would require you to individually click on each light to see whether it is on or off. (2) As you can see in the attached photo (top left corner), the other smart sockets/lights we have used allow you to take a photo of the light. This is really nice to quickly know which light you are turning on or off. This product purports to allow you to take a photo, but never allows it to upload. They claim this is a privacy or data concern. I cant imagine what privacy concern there could be when I voluntarily want to take a photo of my own lamp in my own house. We are returning these sockets and I would recommend no one purchase them. Based on these issues, we will be not use this company again and transition away from companies that use this app.

> 3 dayI could not get the plugs to sync with the app it timed out every time. And these do not go staight though Alexa app you have to download their app first. Before you can connect with Alexa if you can connect the plugs with the app. I wish I could have of at least tested them out, but I will be sending them back.

> 3 dayIt’s a great product easy to install and the app is relatively easy to navigate. Over all the product is great for the price

> 3 dayI received my 4 WP3 smart plugs and attempted to pair them. I first used the automatic pairing, but the process timed out before the pairing was successful. I then tried to add them manually with similar result. I googled the problem (apparently its not uncommon). The FAQ said to test my internet speed which I did and it was found to be acceptable. I was instructed to reset the device by pressing the on/off button for 10 seconds to make sure the light turned green. I pressed it for 10, 20 and 30 seconds and couldnt get it to turn green. I have attempted to contact customer service. The phone lines are only open Mon-Fri from 9-5 (very convenient for the customer!). I have sent an email outlining the issue. If I do not receive a response by the next business day, I will be returning the product as defective. This is pretty abysmal performance for something out of the box.

> 3 dayVery easy basic setup. Have pink lights on my giraffes and turning them on and off is so much easier. Looking forward to Christmas.
