Love these plug ins they are so cool and the app on my phone perfect! Highly recommend.

They dont work as described. Will not connect to Alexa at all and customer support could not get us through it either. They said they would contact us back. Well, its been 8 days and they havent contacted us back. Unbelievable!!! Would prefer to send them back for a full refund.

Sent an hour trying to set these up. Not a single one would connect. Garbage.

Update: switches stop working after a few days and I need to keep removing from app and re-pairing them. I turn on lights and within 30 sec-10 minutes lights shut off. This is a troublesome issue. I removed a star due to this development. Cannot put two plugs in same outlet these plugs paired perfectly with Alexa and have been reliable so far. I gave them five stars on everything, except for the fact that you can’t stack one on top of the other in a two outlet socket. Because of that, you reduce the amount of outlets you have in the room. Had they been just slightly smaller I could have put two together.

I bought this plug because a plug I previously bought, which worked with Smart Life, was no longer unavailable. The Amazon write-up stated that this plug works with Smart Life and it does! The installation booklet that comes with the plug doesnt mention Smart Life, but I tried it anyway. Worked fine the first time!

The app to schedule is not very friendly and not reliable

Easy to configure and compatible with Alexa and Google. Should take care to connect only the rate current.

My living room lights are synced to Alexa using the smart plug. I can say Living Room off and on and they go out or on using the plugs.

Finally I got a brand that work. Other brands wouldnt connect and wanted me to use a Alexa skill that wouldnt even load. These use Smartlife as the app and work great.
