Have not had any issues with this product. I use it to reset devices remotely. By turning it off and back on again I am able to reset modems, Nest Cameras and other WiFi dependent products. It saves me drive time to clients homes to do it manually.

Unlike other smart plugs I have purchased on Amazon (and returned), this one connects easily on the first try and works great with my Alexa.

These little WI-FI controlled plugs work great. They are set up easily with the Smart Life phone app and integrate easily with Alexa. The app lets you set up start/stop times, operational duration, and other constraints. I’ve used them for Christmas lights, table lamps, and even air compressors.

They dont work as described. Will not connect to Alexa at all and customer support could not get us through it either. They said they would contact us back. Well, its been 8 days and they havent contacted us back. Unbelievable!!! Would prefer to send them back for a full refund.

Worked with gosund app. Works with alexa after adding the gosund skill.

Very hard to set up.I only got one to work!

Very easy basic setup. Have pink lights on my giraffes and turning them on and off is so much easier. Looking forward to Christmas.
