Ez to program and add to app. They are big enough around they prevent you from using the 2nd outlet. Simple issue that should had been addressed in the design phase. Just off set the prongs to top or bottom. IDK why some have an issue with on-off indicator it works fine on my android smart life app.

The post on amazon says it works with Alexa. Thats why I bought it. It does not work with alexa. And if it does, then they omitted some crucial steps in the instructions. I was going to buy more of these to put up around the house and garage, but Im going to stick with buying the Amazon smart plugs. I wanted to see how these worked with the lights outdoors for nighttime. My experience is that they dont last outdoors. Two weeks after putting up the lights, I noticed the plugs were having a hard time communicating with the app. So, I was having to go out and manually press the on/off switch. They work fine inside though.

Long story short, these work and integrate with both google home and Alexa. It’s not a straight forward setting them up as I feel it should be — it requires the download of an app to activate before you can add the devices to google home or Alexa. Additionally you are *required* to create an account with the company before you can even use them which is quite annoying. I wouldn’t use your main email account for it, but would not use a burner account in the event you forget your password to the app and need to reset it. If it wasn’t for the app/sign up requirement these would get 5 stars. However, the price is decent and they work as advertised.

Returning this product. It refuses to connect my wifi. I even had my neighbor who installs internet for AT&T and it still wouldn’t connect. Super disappointed.
