If it is this hard to get Alexa to recognize devices that are connected to devices; are light devices or not? If not then these are useless. They go back,

Junk. They eventually all failed.

Set up was tedious but these smart plugs work well with alexa.

Good product but terrible app..

“Offline” ALL THE TIME. Not sure why.

These work great and I plan to purchase more for other locations in my home.

I couldn’t get mine to work with Alexa I have to use the app that came with the plug.

Can not connect this device… Not compatible with 5G
