They don’t stay connected. Feel super cheap and get hot to touch from only being plugged in for 5 minutes. Waste of money. Don’t do it.

We have purchased a number of these smart plugs from another company that are compatible with the Smart Life app. As these were also compatible with the same app, we purchased them. They are absolute failures in two regards: (1) They do not show you on the app whether the light is turned on or off. Given that we value these smart lights most especially when we are on vacation or traveling, having to select every single light in the house to determine whether it is on or off is extremely tedious and annoying. As you can see in the attached photo (this product in the top left corner), other products allow you to see from a simple view of the app whether the light is on or off. This product would require you to individually click on each light to see whether it is on or off. (2) As you can see in the attached photo (top left corner), the other smart sockets/lights we have used allow you to take a photo of the light. This is really nice to quickly know which light you are turning on or off. This product purports to allow you to take a photo, but never allows it to upload. They claim this is a privacy or data concern. I cant imagine what privacy concern there could be when I voluntarily want to take a photo of my own lamp in my own house. We are returning these sockets and I would recommend no one purchase them. Based on these issues, we will be not use this company again and transition away from companies that use this app.

I recently bought another brand of smart plug and returned them. They were awful (see my review of Esicoo - Frustrating!). These were completely the opposite. So easy to connect and set up, seamless Alexa integration, easy scheduling. Theyre just great, especially for this price. Its only my first day with them, but so far, I am very pleased.

I already had a number of such plugs from another maker with which Ive been completely pleased, but that brand wasnt available when I needed more. This one said it was compatible with app I was already using, so I gave them a try. While they are compatible with the app I was already using, and allowed Google to control them fine, they will not stay connected. Two different units worked for a time, then just stopped responding until they were removed and completely set up again. The timing on it varied, but it kept happening. I want these to control stuff in hard reach places, pulling them out of the hard to reach places and re-configuring them every three to sixty days just aint gonna do.

These are great. My lamps are hard to turn on and off because of location and/or hard to turn the switch. This makes it easy. All I have to do is ask Alexa to turn my lamp on.

This is one of the easiest smart plugs Ive ever had the pleasure to setup! The manual tells you to simply hold the power button for 5 seconds while you are closer to your router and after you release, the plug gets recognized right away and it sets up in like 30 seconds or so. We used the Smart Life app as we already had other devices connected to it. And as Alexa is also attached to Smart Life, it made an announcement that our new device is ready to use and voice control. I would recommend this smart plug to anyone!
