> 3 dayI like the lighted ends on the cord that tell you when its pluged in. This is just what I needed for running my electric lawn mower and and demanding tools.

> 3 dayI have yet to find any company that can compare with the quality of coleman cable yellow jacket heavy duty extensions cords. They work phenomenally in cold weather, leave no mars on the floors and walls, perfectly weighted, dont curl all crazy and the lighted end helps know that power truly is running through. Even the exterior coating feels great. very smooth and doesnt snag on anything in my garage or workroom

> 3 dayUsed a generator for the first time during our October storm. Wanted a good quality extension cord to use with it. Thats exactly what I got. Great product at a great price. Would order another.

> 3 daybut I purchased it as an accessory for my champion generator and find it useful. I wanted something heavy duty to use in an emergency and this fits the bill. It is great for outdoor use to run the line inside my house so I dont have to worry about the need for electricity.

> 3 dayNothing beats a heavy duty power cable when you need it. The lite at the end to let you know it is plugged in and has power is a plus.

12-06-2025I will admit right away I didnt buy my Yellow Jacket 50 Foot 12/3 15 Amp Extension Cord #2884 on Amazon.com - I bought it at my local Mills Fleet Farm, and it is my second one. I paid the extra money because it performs the way I want it to - its VERY durable, it stays flexible (Ive used my first one at temps -43*F and it has stayed flexible), there is a light in the female end to indicate it is on (very handy), the ones Ive bought have been made in the USA, and there is a Limited Lifetime Warranty (their damage, they pay; your damage, you pay). At the store I confirmed it said Made in USA on the front of the cardboard packaging but when I got this one home, I read the rest of the cardboard packaging and found where it said Made in Indonesia above the UPC Code - interesting, right? The next morning I called Coleman Cable in Waukegan, IL and asked where it was made, and according to the #2884, it was made in Waukegan, IL, and the mistake on the packaging was an oversight at the time, but has been corrected. I read some of the negative reviews regarding where the some of the cords were made, lack of warranty, and not being able to contact Customer Service, so here is their contact info: Coleman Cable Inc. 1530 Shields Drive Waukegan, IL 60085 Tel: (847) 672-2300 Fax: (847) 689-1192 Toll Free: (800) 323-9355 and you can speak to them, too.
