> 3 daythese yellow jacket cords wind up nicely and do a great job. durable, great for heavy duty tools, light tells you when you have power. this is the ultimate extension cord, no improvements possible. i have the 25, 50 and 100 versions and love them all. updated: 12/11/10 - still no damage to any of my yellow jacket cords and still completely satisfied.

> 3 dayThis is a monster of an extension cord. We use it to run power heavy tools at a distance. Works like a charm every time. The lit ends help me see whether or not we have power. It is bulky and heavy, but worth it.

Greater than one weekThis is a solid cord. I have used it for a year of with my electric lawn mower and despite getting dragged through the yard, over cement, under fences, across patio bricks and more, this cable hasnt shown wear. I think the best part about this cord is that I dont have to think about it at all. It does its job easily and consistently while remaining flexible. The female end lights up when power is going to it - a good indicator if the machine is not working to determine if the cord is unplugged or the machine is faulty. The cord coils up nicely and stows hanging on the wall in my outdoor storage. Be aware that a true 12 gauge cable is heavy, but to carry good current, quality cable is a must.

Greater than one weekLove these cords. Ive got a 25, 50 and a 21 with plugs every 7 feet. Works well in the cold. Coils easily. Light tells you its live. Dont waste your money on cheap cords.
