> 3 dayIts much safer to have a heavy cord like this. The construction is very good and it will not heat up like other cords when you use if for high wattage gear like an Electric BBQ or a big battery charger. Like always Amazon shipped fast and had the best deal. Get this cord or the other lengths offered and you will not be disappointed.

> 3 dayvery stiff and hard to handle. Bought it for my electric snowblower but it is hard to keep it out of the way. Would recommend as an extension cord for a saw or tools not so much for something that needs to move.

> 3 dayThis extension cord was as described and cost significantly less than purchasing at a local retail outet.

> 3 dayI had been toying with getting one when she mentioned it as well for when contractors are over to do work (not that there is a constant stream of them). That sealed it. So an order went in. Ive used it for some for the heavier electrical equipment such as saws and grinders with the 12/3 15 amp connector. High amperage equipment runs better and lasts longer when there isnt a shortage of amps. So having heavier gauge wire makes sense. There is a light in the end which tells you the wire is hot or has electricity. This is one of those forever things that you buy. The only bad thing is that it is heavy so we dont use it with the electric lawn mower.

25-11-2024Well made and a good length. Handy light in plug to appliance indicating power is on. Good colour as you cant help but see it.

> 3 dayIt works pretty much like it should, but its made in China and our countrys outrageous trade debt to them is one of our many financial difficulties. Also, the cord wasnt clean enough. When it arrives, run a paper towel over its entire length and then look at the residue on the paper towel.
