Great company. Received a broken digitizer and they quickly replaced it.

It is definitely not easy to install. You have to look up instructions as it came with none. It is very hard to get the old screen out of it is cracked (and why would you replace it if it wasn’t. I didn’t realize the metal part was slightly dented in so installing the screen made the new one crack all over again. And the Touch ID didn’t work. So I bought another one and filed down the corner before installing. The Touch ID still doesn’t work but other than that it’s ok. Update: I reread the product listing and it does warn that the button doesn’t support Touch ID. I wish they made this clear in the packaging because my old button was working just fine and I could have installed it instead. THIS IS WHY IT IS RIDICULOUS THAT THERE ARE ZERO INSTRUCTIONS!!!

The home button stopped working after a few days.

When I opened the package the button strip was hanging out the envelope, bent. The adhesive was stuck to the packaging and it was also already CRACKED all to hell. The tools look already used an had some extra used button strip in it. 0 stars until I receive something I can ACTUALLY use an fix my iPad with.

This company has it together. They make a excellent product and supply you with everything to make the repair easy and way cheaper. I was very please to see all the toys they supplied to make the repair. I highly recommend this company. I am definitely doing my business with them! Thanks!

Looks and works like new

This is much, much cheaper that a new iPad. These digitizers work like a new machine. The pre installed adhesive is a must when replacing the screen. The adhesive is good. I recommend keeping additional pressure overnight on the outer rim of the iPad after replacing. It makes it adhere much better.

Thank you for this product. No messy glue to put on. The protective film comes of easily for glueing for the glass replacement on the iPad. The tools are sturdy and do not break... unlike competitors.
