The second screen received worked flawless, however, the first screen did not work. When attempting to remove it for return, I cracked the screen, so I didn’t request to return/replace... test your new screen prior to adhering it to the device,

I have purchase a couple of these over the past few years and have always been pleased.

I cant say anything bad about this product, the replacement glass digitizer works perfectly and my iPad is like new. It helps to have a hair dryer or heat gun to loosen the adhesive. Like other people said just watch YouTube videos for instructions, and take your time.

Unfortunately I broke the first one I ordered, then the next day, the next one arrived - Installed perfectly after my lesson learned on the first one. Delicate but the adhesive is rock solid. Heat gun I think is a big positive to getting this done correctly - this unit (a school iPad) must have been repaired once before as it was missing a screw or two in there and had some 3-rd party adhesive. This setup comes with the right tools and an excellent adhesive in the correct locations. Ill certainly order these again.

The package itself doesnt have instructions on how to install the new screen. However, it does provide all necessary tools to help with installation. I did go on YouTube to follow step by step instructions which were very detailed and helped me a great deal. The print recognition does not work, however this was expected and it doesnt matter to me. As is for my kids use. Overall great quality.

well... the screen held on, for a few hours then started lifting. the screen or home button never worked I was extremely careful with the handling of the delicate ribbon cables. was reasonably easy to install but would be great if it actually worked... In conclusion, do not buy this product
