My grandson shattered the screen on the iPad my son fixed it watching YouTube with the kit. Worked out great!

Works very well. Definitely didnt feel as nice as the original but its a lot cheaper. Adhesion isnt great but will make it easier to remove should I need to. The home button feels a bit lose but had been working fire about 4 weeks.

After paying a technician to install this screen to replace the cracked one, my iPad is unuseable. The apps open on their own. At times the screen is overly sensitive, displaying five or more of one letter that you put into the keypad. At times it does not respond to any commands at all. I should have just kept my cracked screen.

This screen doesn’t stick as well as some of the other replacement screens. We have had horrible luck with these replacements because they keep popping off — making it super easy to crack the screen even though they’re in a rugged protective case.

Just being cautious about the broken screen removal took a while but using a heat tool is very important to pry the adhesive up. So nice that the home button/cable was installed on the new glass. Just plug & lay it in.

Was able to fix my broken iPad for a fraction of the cost!

All parts of the repair process went smoothly. Everything looks right and nice. But my ipad wont power on. Disconnected and reconnected everything and now it works. Very nice to not have a cracked screen. Very nice screw driver by the way.

A 14 year old was able to change the screen.

The glass is very thin and the digitizer and home button does not work
