> 3 dayNot much to say about a switch, it directs your digital traffic. This is a decent unit, the POE works well, it is plenty fast, I think it is a bit faster than my previous switch. I like the security features that are built in, even though I will never use them. Im going to use this just as a standard network switch. The main focus of this switch is running multiple POE IP cameras or a mix of standard and cameras. Cant go wrong with is switch.

> 3 dayThis is a nice gigabit switch that I used to connect a ubiquity AP in order to extend the range of wifi across a large property. It was able to extend my network and maintain the gigabit speed all throughout. The switch comes neatly packed with a warranty card and an instruction manual. It is very well made.

> 3 day8 Port Full Gigabit PoE+ Ethernet Network Switch, with 2 Gigabit Uplink Ports Up to 30W Per PoE Port, Total Budget 120W, 48 Volt 803.af 803.at Compliant, Compatible with PoE IP Cameras VOIP Phones This is a very sturdy unit and I finally got to connect all my devices in the central point in my home which use Ethernet. I replaced a couple much smaller and older models that were not working as well as they should have. There has been a noticeable increase in performance with this and everything wired in the same place is much more convenient. Very happy!

> 3 dayGreat little POE switch. Installed it out at the detached garage. Ran fiber to it to create a backbone network with speed back to the house. Let me expand my camera coverage as I then added several cameras by POe to the switch. This gave more coverage to the camera network which is a good thing. So its a handy little switch to expand an already existing network with. Simple and easy.

Greater than one weekI have a stand-alone reolink ip camera and both an indoor and outdoor router that needed POE so I got this POE switch. This is an unmanned switch to is was pretty much plug and play for my devices to work. What I like about this switch is that it has a built in power supply instead of having to find a compatible power brick that can power your connected devices. The switch also has a fiber input or output, this is not something I’m familiar with but I guess it’s nice to have just incase. Overall the switch has been working fine so far, my devices use about 24w of power each and the switch seems to provide it just fine.

> 3 dayGot this Switch right along with one of the new Dual Camera offerings from REOLink and wow is it bright. Ok let me talk about the switch. I love POE devices and have installed many a VIOP, Access point, and Security camera to POE routers. This is my first 16 port personal system and Im excited as it will help me grow my security system as I get more and more POE cameras over time. Next item is a NVR so I can store video locally and see all my cameras in one place . This is an unmanaged switch so you cannot manage data flow but it does also have 2 SFP Uplink ports (Ill never need it in this house but the next one YES as Ill have that one Fully networked) And Data transmission modes I left it in the normal setting just for my install. I also have a High Gain Antenna which is repeating my wifi across my home and also way out into my yard. This helps my cameras get a network signal so I didnt have to run a cable all the way across my home. I really enjoy the flexibility of a POE Switch especially to be able to power the other devices and helps me minimize my labeling needs. I do like that this has its own power supply not a wall wart or a brick. This makes install os much easier . Currently everything is directly patched and not run through a crawl space or attic. I plan on adding a few more cameras to this and those will be ran in the attic. Im impressed that its noise free and should support the current home I am at for all my POE needs. Pros: 19 inch rack mount with brackets built in power supply Uplink ports for expandability 3 Data Transmission modes quiet operation Cons: None so far

Greater than one weekNice, active, 4-port switch. I will use this to upgrade from battery powered security cameras to PoE cams.

> 3 day1. I like that this is rack mountable. You dont have to rack mount it, but you can 2. Its a nice case... 3. I seems to just work.. .no configurations needed 4. It seems to give about 18W per port. I have no idea what brand of switch this is. I see a model number but no brand name. That said, it does seem to work and seems to be pretty well made. For a 16 port POE switch, this is a pretty good price.

> 3 dayThe Real HD ethernet network switch is like many others; it works to share internet access with multiple networked devices. Unlike many others, however, this switch can also electrically power its connected devices. After I figure out what 48V surveillance cameras to buy, I’ll be mounting them on the corners of my house and networking and powering them with this Real HD switch. This switch can also be used to power network access points and VOIP phones giving me the ability to expand my network further. While the Real HD switch does its basic switching function well, I was happy to find that its metal enclosure also keeps the switch cool during use. A plus in my mind is its built-in power supply. Most inexpensive switches use an external power supply that takes up an entire wall outlet. This switch occupies one 120V wall socket leaving the other available for powering additional electrical devices. The economical Real HD 4 port PoE switch does everything I buy an ethernet switch for plus it gave me a powered network expansion option that I’m taking advantage of.
