> 3 dayI plugged it in and hooked everything up and it worked. Nothing to do at all other than that. I love it when things work right out of the box.

> 3 dayA great little POE switch! It had plenty of power to run my 12 cameras without any issue. I am really glad that I went with this one for a great price.

> 3 dayIve been running this POE switch for over a month on my 4 camera security system. The cameras are Dahua PTZ models that have infrared lights effective up to 150 feet. The PTZ functions and the infrared lights use more electricity than just standard low rez cameras. This switch has been 100% reliable since I installed it. The switch this one replaced could not keep up with the demand of my cameras at night time even though the specs were almost identical. This switch has no problem keeping a strong steady stream back to my router which is about 100 feet away. I like it so much, I ordered a second one to keep for a spare. Great switch at a reasonable price!

> 3 dayI wish they had POE 30 years ago when I first started doing networks! Just note, this is the standard 48v. (802.3af). Your gear should be good with 48v, but it is always a really good idea to double check. This is a standard, unmanaged, POE switch. Nothing too exciting. I personally like to use unmanaged switches whenever I can because it is just one less thing to complicate matters and they are easily replaced when necessary. (And, there is a trend Im seeing in managed switches for annual service contracts which is annoying.) This this is a small, basic, POE unmanaged switch which works the way it should. I compared this to another POE switch I had and didnt notice any difference at all in speed or packet loss. It just works. Overall, when it comes to an unmanaged switch, it just needs to work, and this does. I hope this review was helpful!

Greater than one weekI have a few cat-5 lines in my house that I needed to connect to my router. This is perfect!

Greater than one weekIm really surprised given the price of this device, but it seems to deliver as promised. The only thing I havent tested is the speed. I have two cameras on it and theyre only 100Mb, so Ive not tested to see what 1Gb speeds are like. Again, its very inexpensive and Im really blown away that, at this price, it seems to deliver the goods.

> 3 day16 Channels with an auto power option for each of them to power any of your devices whether they are security cameras, wireless access points, or raspberry pi’s that operate your smart home! The switch works and is able to pass full Gigabit connections. Has 2 SFP uplink ports. Works for a whole home patch bay. Lights to indicate status per port. Server rack mount hangers if you use them. Great general home use switching. Not for the advanced user.
